Walked in and ordered at the counter without calling ahead. Place was empty and everyone in the back was just sitting around at 12:30 prime lunch time on a Monday. Not what you wanna see when you’re trying somewhere new for the first time, but tried it anyway. My general tsos lunch special was done in about 3 min tops. Pretty sure they just grabbed some pre fried chicken pieces and quickly tossed it in some sauce for 30 seconds and then boxed it up. Only thing that was warm was the sauce. Inside of the chicken was cold and definitely not fresh. Fried rice was very basic, nothing special. Goes to show you can’t just trust the “highest rated” Chinese spot on google. Must be a lot of fake reviews based on my experience.

By far, the majority of their customers are ordering Americanized dishes for delivery. So what do you expect?

Food has always been good here. I never had a problem with delivery. But today as I write this it’s been over 2 hours we ordered and it has not came. Their lack of customer service is absurd and they do not even offer and type of reimbursement for the severe lack of care of customers ordering. I haven’t ate all day and needed this and I’m uphauled. Called twice now and no return call.

If everyone has notice their prices are ridiculous and their fried chicken wings are extremely small . It’s not worth the price . Stop spending money there when you can get larger and better chicken wings at tasty China it is worth the drive and the taste is fantastic.

This is my go to place for Chinese food. Staff is always super friendly, I usually get delivery and the gentleman is always so upbeat and delivery is always quick. Never had any issues with my food it’s always fresh and correct. Won’t go any place else for my Chinese

First let me say that the chicken wings and french fries were good. However the order of boneless spare ribs that I got was absolutely disgusting and I was disappointed that you would charge 9 and some change for it is it have no flavor that was burnt pieces it kind of tasted like it was sitting there for a long time very disappointed this will probably be my last time there.

I was told delivery would be about 60-80 minutes, being a busy night, but they arrived in about 35 minutes. The driver was great.

Ordered house chow fun. That’s supposed to be basically a wide noodle dish. However the dish was filled with onions and little else. A heavy set Asian woman who was the manager walked over with my traveling dish and said next time let them know to put less onions. Hmmm. Odd response. Ok. That won’t be happening again. I don’t plan on going back. But remember if you are not happy with your dish, you’re stuck with it.
