So I have to say I’m very impressed. You must get the white queso. Food came out quick, hot and fresh. The staff were great. They greet you at the door and are constantly checking on their customers. This is awesome especially during the times we live in. I see horror stories on reviews of customers being ignored. Sure not the case here. I will definitely be back. Can’t want to try something else on the menu. My taco and enchilada was so good.

Great food and great service. Our server was very friendly, attentive and made solid recommendations of what to order. Had the White Cheddar Queso, Stuffed Avacados and an exceptional margarita! Definitely going her again!

First of all a friend and I went for lunch at openening time. We were directed or pointed to our table .Someone else brought us silverware, no menu yet, then someone else gets drink order. She brings drinks back after someone brings chips and salsa and then gets aggravated because we did not have our menus.

Food was good. Service was slow. They add 4% for using credit card. Had to ask for napkins 3 times. Had to ask for tortillas for fajitas twice. Wasn’t busy. Waitress was friendly.

Ordered Fajita Quesadilla with Chicken and Steak for lunch pick-up. I get there and the total was over $20. I was a bit shocked because the website said it was $16 on the lunch menu. I said something about the website price and she looked it up before I could. She then said well, it is $17 not $18 (which is what I was charged), just a dollar less. Didn’t even change my ticket. I get back to my office and looked it up and it was $16! Open my lunch and see that my quesadilla isn’t even cut. A whole tortilla folded in half stuffed full. I pick it up to transfer to a plate I feel a greasy mess on my hand. The bottom was covered in grease and soggy. I won’t be back!

It’s okay. Good chips and salsa. El Sombrero is good Mexican food, just not my favorite. The stacked nachos are good if you are in the mood for nachos. Good service and table was clean.

We had an extremely rude waitress, her name was Hailey….. I was very disappointed with her service. The food tasted great, but I wish the portions were bigger for the prices we paid.

There is nothing better than a quick trip to this restaurant! It’s cozy, friendly, and clean. The beer is cold, the decor is comforting, and the food is hot and quick (like my ex-girlfriend). When I die, there better damn well be an El Sombrero in heaven

There was a 15 minute wait for seating, but the server was prompt. I had a lunch special and tea, and it was delicious! I really like their chips and salsa, too. If I’d been on a schedule, I’d have been back on time with no problems. More parking would have earned another !
