One of my favorite Chinese food chain spots. Love their House Special Chicken Salad without wontons. I recommend their chicken egg rolls & salmon dishes too.

Very polite & courteous customer service. Also at a spot with multiple stores to walk to after eating.

Tl:Dr: food is awful.
I thought we’d give it a try, since it’s close by. I wondered how it would compare to Panda Express, since it’s in a more upscale mall. Of course, went with orange chicken, also noodles, fried rice, their standard vegetables, and tried the “firecracker” tofu as well. Well, this food is significantly worse than Panda Express in all respects – quality, flavor, consistency, overall enjoyment. Not good. It occurs to me that the Commons mall might reject the prospect of offering the “low class” Panda in the midst of Sugarfish, etc, but ironically they installed this even worse facsimile of Panda (I love Panda Express). Chicken was inconsistent with gross pieces and fried chunks with no meat, noodles not that tasty with no add ins like bean sprouts, fried rice was way too salty and the rice kernels weren’t all completely cooked, fried tofu was soggy, veggies were gross, sad, and soggy – and somehow an upcharge. All around terrible food. The service and atmosphere were fine, no complaints. $55 for 3 dinners ain’t bad but the food absolutely sucked.

Worst experience I’ve ever had here. I ordered what I usually do – orange tofu and house special tofu with chow mein. The guy taking my order was nice. I asked for extra sauce and I heard him inform the chef to put extra sauce on the tofu. I got take out and when I opened up the boxes there was literally zero sauce on the tofu and the chow mein was flavorless. It was literally just breaded cooked tofu, no sauce on either of my meals. I won’t be going back again, it’s not worth it

Honestly, I have never had a worse customer experience than the one I had at Pick up Stix Calabasas. I ordered delivery on the Pick Up Stix app. My food was never delivered. I called and told the store my food never arrived and I would like a replacement order sent out. I was told by the person who answered the phone that Pick Up Stix doesn’t do delivery. I was super confused because I order delivery from the pick up stix app at least once a week if not more. We argued for a few minutes about whether you can order delivery on the app or not until I got so frustrated that I asked for my money back. The phone was then handed to a manager who told me they couldn’t find my order and he also told me they don’t deliver. I am so angry. I have never been treated like this. I have spent so much money here over the years, this makes me sick.

I’m editing my review to add that the response below is a total joke. The problem didn’t have anything to do with them not telling me delivery is done with a third party app. The problem was being told that I didn’t place a delivery order through the Pick Up Stix app even though I did and was charged by Pick Up Stix, not a third party app. It’s 2pm the next day and I still don’t have my money back even after going to the store last night. I was told a manager would reach out to me from the store this morning about a refund but I have not heard anything from them.

My order was perfect. I ordered ahead anticipating a wait since it’s holiday time and rainy. I feel very bad for the workers that I saw other customers mistreat. They were badgering them about the wait and reaching over the counter to try and check bags aggressively. Also, demanding refunds. Shame on them. Be thankful for the workers that are able to work during this recent COVID spike and give up holidays to serve you! Thank you to the staff and happy holidays.
