Stopped in on the way from DC to Charlottesville. Unassuming food truck and we weren’t sure if it was open, but definitely give it a shot! Food was excellent and they have several outdoor tables. We got the asada tacos and the baleadas. Will be back!

I’m so mad at myself ‼️‼️
I wish I had discovered this food truck earlier because the food is H E A V E N!! We ordered the Platano relleno (stuffed plantain) and the chuleta con tajadas (pork chops with plantain chips) and the flavors were way beyond what we were expecting The food was delicious and definitely became a new favorite! will make this a frequent stop on my list

I’m sorry to do this. I found this gem a few months ago. The pork chop plate #7 was outstanding. At that time a young lady was cooking and running the register. She did a great job. Since then a young man is running the register and a older gentleman is doing the cooking. The older gentleman has been at the grill the last three times I have visited the location. That is not a good thing. I have been hoping he would move on, and the young lady would return. The #7 plate is not good when he cooks it. It’s not seasoned, just plain pork chops. I went from ordering two #7’s to throwing away most of one #7 it’s so disappointing. We have started going to other food trucks due to this drastic decline. Tonight I did not have that option. I tried another dish thinking maybe #7 was outside of his skill level. I ordered the chicken #10. Somehow he burnt it. This picture does not accurately reflect the the extent that this piece of gristle was burned. I cannot go back to this place, and I hate that. I liked the place before this cook showed up. But this cook, on 3/3/23, has got to be replaced, or given some basic cooking guidance. The young man running the register is not equipped to quality check what is being put into these Styrofoam plates. Very disappointed. $13 for a burned leg quarter and fries. Not happy. Could someone reading this translate the message please? I’m hoping they fix this.

Incredibly annoying to come to a business to get lunch and no one there speaks any English.
Moving to a new country for better opportunities? Great- learn the language and assimilate. You aren’t in Honduras anymore.
Besides that, the tacos were good. $3.50 for a taco that small is absurd though.
