Asked for provolone on my sandwich. When I got to the window I asked if they put it on and they said they will put it in a cup instead. Drove home and they put Parmesan cheese in a cup instead.

Showed up about 10 minutes after opening time which is listed on the door as 7:00 AM. Door was locked. When the employee finally opened it, there was no hello or good morning—just “you can come in, but the register isn’t open yet,” as if I was inconveniencing her.

I asked if I could order food and was met with visible annoyance before being told I could “start my order.” She rang it up, told me the total, and then walked away from the register, leaving me alone to swipe my card. Zero customer service.

The whole experience felt rude, dismissive, and unwelcoming. And unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve been to this location and experienced this. If this is how customers are treated here, I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere. I won’t be returning to this location.

This place is an absolute joke. The only way they might get your sandwich or meal correct is if you are standing over top of them. I asked for a chicken bacon ranch bowl with everything but pickles. I literally got enough pickles in my bowl for my wife and 3 daughters to all have a nice handful. Instead of RANCH on a chicken bacon ranch they put my ranch on my wife’s sandwich (she got an italian), I was given a half cup of mayonnaise. I got no jalapeños or onions on my (these were supposed to be extra rather than normal) . My wife’s sandwich was an Italian which she never has toasted and was supposed to include heavy pickle. They gave her the wrong cheese (American Instead of pepperjack) she got 3 pickles clumped together in the center of her toasted sandwich. She asked for honey mustard and light mayo as her dressings, she also received a half cup of mayo, got light honey mustard, they added peppercorn ranch AND chipotle sauce to her sandwich and then toasted it with half the meat only on one side of the sandwich. My girls ordered turkey subs that were all similarly messed up. Jalapeños where there were supposed to be none (for our 2 yr old) no pickles on any of their food, they added onions and banana peppers to the sandwiches. In short unless you see right there in the shop, dont waste your time or money. You WILL NOT get what you ask for as these people are obviously incompetent and can’t read. This isn’t the first time it’s been bad but it’s the first time it’s been so royally screwed like this. When we called it took 5 times for them to even answer the phone(first time they have answered in our 3 years here) just to be told that they weren’t responsible for the sandwich as they just got there at 7. We ordered at 6:55 for a 7:20 pickup. You’re obviously one of the people in there making food, you handed the order out, you’re responsible. Do not eat here if you are hungry foe a certain thing you’re not likely to get it

Taking way too long to make one or two sandwiches when people are on a lunch break… this is fast food. It does not take 10 min to put meat, cheese & toppings on bread… let alone yall talking to a customer in front of me for half of my break (15 min.) while making their sandwich. Absolutely ridiculous.

Stopped in tonight and as soon as I walked in I asked specifically if the 6.99 foot long was online only because if so I’ll order and wait, then the workers both told me they could do it I didn’t have to do that. Got our food and we were charged full price also they Kasey employee completely ignored me and my husband when he ordered his sub a specific way and did the opposite. When I tried to correct them they said “I did that” when clearly they didn’t. When I paid I even said something about it usually having to be online and they said that they have coupons. Got the receipt and got in the car and noticed. Then had him go back in and ask why we were charged and he said that he misunderstood and it’s only the 6.99 meal deal. That’s a 6 inch when I clearly said footlong multiple times.

I don’t like that you can’t see the meats; there is a cover blocking your view. While I like the food $13 is too much for a foot long. One more thing management. The driveway entrance concrete has been messed up for years. My truck about jarred a kidney loose getting in the driveway. I won’t go back until the problem is fixed. Simple fixes.

I placed an online order. When I got there they ask me to pull up it wasn’t ready yet. Another vehicle came and went still nothing. I waited almost 15 mins. Then they walked out with my order. Didn’t give me the right drink but I wasn’t about to have them go get another one, I was afraid it would take another 10 minutes.

Who ever owns this place needs to give this employee (Tabitha) a raise! She is the only one working, and she is working her behind off with a pleasant attitude, doing a great job! She is doing the best she can, making online, in person, and drive thru orders, all by herself. You don’t find employees like her very often, and I truly hope she is shown the appreciation she deserves!
