Visited cheese cake factory today in Westbury, and it was good and faster service than last time. We ordered the salmon with mash, and chicken Ramano pasta and enchiladas. For appetizers we ordered avocado egg rolls and buffalo chicken. Everything was perfect and tasted good. Only bad thing is the music is always so loud.

Best part about Cheesecake Factory is their menu options, wide variety of foods for everyone. I have picky eaters and they have a few choices for them. The worst part about their food is that it is 90% of the time COLD when it gets to the table. I usually just take home and warm up when that’s the case. Took my brother for a quick dinner this weekend and we had the nicest girl, QUEEN. She was charismatic, attentive and was on top of everything we requested. This particular location is huge, it’s always packed; however, I made sure to make a reservation this trip and I was happy I did, because we got seated within 2 minutes of signing in. I don’t know who the bar tender was on 11.14.25, but the drinks were made to perfection. I got a peach martini and a peach margarita, and they were both delicious. I’ve tried a few of their cakes, but my favorite is the Dulce de Leche with the nuts, soooooo scrumptious!

I recently visited The Cheesecake Factory and tried a few dishes — the Spinach & Artichoke Dip was a solid 8/10, creamy and flavorful. The French Dip Burger was probably the highlight of the meal, juicy and cooked perfectly — 9/10. The Steak Diane was decent (7/10), but the Nachos (5/10) and Fried Eggrolls (3/10) missed the mark this time.
The drinks were way too sugary, and the table and silverware could’ve been cleaner. Service was okay — they were really busy, so I understand the wait, but overall the experience just didn’t hit like it used to.
I used to love coming here, but lately the quality feels a bit off. Hoping they bring back the consistency that made Cheesecake Factory such a favorite spot!

This place never fails to exceed the customer service. The food gets more delicious at each visit and the staff is SUPER courteous (shoutouts to Aiden and Queen for going above and beyond with their unwavering patience dealing with a group of West Indians teachers changing their menu choices so many times–sorry). My Grilled Branzino was on point, the French fries are yummylicious, and the cucumber lemonade is a favorite now. Two disappointing moments: the music was a bit too loud and the waiters tend to forget a bit. During two visits, I have ordered a dish aside from the group and requested a separate check, the waiter put the additional dish to the principals bill. Though I gave the money later, she didn’t have to go through an expensive bill due to human error. Just a slight nod in that direction. Other than that, they handled the big group which included children (the kids had the same complaints: wrong orders) to the best of their abilities. I will recommend this place and definitely will come back with my family.

We went to celebrate the New Year. My food was okay. I ordered the Bistro Burger with sweet potato fries. The burger was great but my fries came to the table cold twice. I ordered my first ever Lemon Drop(Raspberry). It was good but I couldn’t taste the alcohol unless a lemon drop is one of those drinks that sneak up on you if you have too many sitting down. Overall the night was great!! I’m going back.

It was a good experience on a Tuesday afternoon. I placed 3 orders to go also and the server only put in 2. I wanted the 3rd order so I had to wait an add’l 20 mins which I was not happy about.

The Cheesecake Factory has a beautiful interior with a great ambiance. The food is tasty, and the overall vibe makes it a pleasant place to dine with friends or family.

Over the years of going here, the food was good. The last couple times I went there the food got small of the prices to the same quality of the food went down to a point. The chicken wings were nice at one point now they look like pigeon wings so freaking small for the amount of money you’re paying for I’d rather just go to a outback steakhouse or Applebee’s or Buffalo wild wings portions of food were nice but now if you get something with steak or chicken, you’re getting basically a flat out piece of chicken breast that’s not even wharf the $20 sometimes cheesecake is good. The atmosphere is beautiful service is beautiful food I give it a two star I won’t go any hard than that. I don’t go back to this place no more.

I ordered a garlic Parmesan steak well done and French fries. When I received the order, the steak was medium. It was a little difficult to flag down our waitress to see about changing the order so I tried to bare with the taste. In the end, it really didn’t leave a favorable impression. The fries were good and other than that, it seemed like the rest of my family enjoyed their meal.

It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Our server, Kayla, was incredibly accommodating, warm, and genuinely friendly. She provided excellent customer service and made us feel very welcome. The food was delicious and well prepared. Overall, it was a great dining experience and I look forward to returning.
