It seems that the major takeaway from The Cheesecake Factory is patience. Make sure you arrive early or with a reservation, otherwise, expect to wait. I was lucky enough to get a table immediately. Obviously, you will have to wait before the appetizer arrives. Although, expect longer than usual wait times for the main course and desserts. Two of the dishes that my table ordered arrived cold, probably from the long wait. Luckily, the server and manager was understandable and was able to get us a new (hot) dish. The lighting was a bit too dim for my family’s liking, but it was not a major inconvenience. Of course, you have to try their cheesecakes if you do go!

My 3rd time coming to this location. Wait is usually short especially for 2 people. Wait staff is attentive and helpful as busy as they are. This place has lots of seating upstairs, downstairs is mainly for dessert seating. We had Evelyn’s Favorite Pasta & the Asian Salad. Large portions and reasonably priced. The pasta did lack seasoning and although it was supposed to have asparagus it only had 2 pieces. Overall a nice restaurant with a great variety of dishes and a nice ambiance.

Went on Saturday night so I knew it would be crowded, waited about 15 min. Was very surprised. We had gotten Ahi poke nachos as an appetizer, the 4 of us liked it.Only issue is they only gave half our table plates and silverware lol , could even flag anyone down to get us more. Food took a little long to get, but we all enjoyed it. Dessert took way to long and since it was only coffee and cheesecakes , we didn’t understand why. Waitress disappeared on us. The food was good just disappointed in your service.

It is good – Pasta were a little too oily – loaded tatter tots were just okay – burger was okay as well (too much cooked). Dessert was fine. nothing exceptional but we went there because we had a gift card – not sure we will have go by our own.

This establishment has a vast number of food choices on the menu. Have been here several times, the food and drink are good. The service is usually good but can spotty especially during busy hours. All in all if you desire a decent meal not too far from Roosevelt Field mall this is the place to go.

The Cheesecake Factory always makes me feel comfortable. It is comfort food at it’s best. From the thai lettuce wraps to the popcorn shrimp, you will find something delectable in those massive menus. I don’t think their cheesecake is the best. I have had some in random diners that are superior however, the apple cheesecake is awesome, and a must!!

Really great atmosphere inside the restaurant with friendly staff. There is ample parking outside, and there are two floors worth of seats available. There is a “skinny” menu that has delicious options for only about 590 calories if you’re weight-conscious and the cheesecakes themselves are divine. I had the salmon with broccoli for dinner and a chocolate layer tower for dessert which can be seen in the photo (very large serving size). I definitely needed a to-go box for that one!

Great food. So many items to choose from, everything we ordered was really good and presented well, our server was nice and attentive. Very nice atmosphere, busy but the wait was not long at all. Very impressed with the service and food. Highly recommend.

stopped by after dinner to grab some dessert with some friends. we all ordered a different piece of cheesecake. the cheesecake slices are HUGE, some thicker and more filling than others. the dulce de Leche cheesecake was lighter and very good. the other 3 that was got all had chocolate in it and were a lot heavier. we got seated and served very quickly. the music was so loud where we were sitting though that it was hard to hear each other over it.

I ordered the chicken and biscuits it was pretty good until I found a piece of plastic bag or I don’t know what it was in my food. Sent it back the manager came and gave me a fresh one to go.
