Dark Myth
It’s a nice family Mexican restaurant. The seating area is decorated with carved wood for the seating, very colorful and inviting. The food has always been good, the salsa they bring to your table with the chips has a little bit of a bit to it so it’s on the hotter side but not too bad. At times wait staff has been bad but it’s been good more than bad. If you haven’t tried Horchata I strongly recommend trying the drink it’s tasty. If you’re looking for a work lunch or a family outing this is a nice restaurant.

I can’t for the vegitarian options. They have options labeled vegitarian that include rice. The server told me the rice has chicken stalk in it. Pretty upsetting. Just glad I double checked before ordering. Beware vegitarians!

Yo to this day, El Sarape is the most Mexican I’ve had while in US ♂️… I’ll be honest, I’d w or you’ve liked for the “hot” dishes to be actually hot but they weren’t however the taste of the food did reminded me to Mexico; the entire time that had Mexican music (all kinds) and I even got to drink some “agua de horchata” (horchata’s water or rice water) which it was a bit too sweet for my taste, regardless after puring some water on it it went better ☺️…

Waiters and waitresses were not freindly food was overcooked and not much flavor staff must not know English as they never said a word to us only one of the staff spoke to us and she was the only one that said anything the rest just showed up and dropped stuff off and didn’t even say hello back to us

I had the Steak Fajita Nachos, they were good but felt their should have ben more chips with the nachos and should have included either a side of spanish rice or refried beans included with the price they charged, i left still hungry overall not a great expierience but not bad.
