Great food overall, I especially like their chile rellenos, chicken quesadillas, crunchy tacos. Their refried beans and spanish rice are as good as or better than any other mexican restaurant I’ve been. I’ve not yet tried their $10 side of guacamole, but it’s probably good. (I’ll update this when I hit the lotto..lol.) Great service, friendly staff, prompt and accurate every time I’ve dined in or ordered to go(at least 10 times in the year and a half I’ve lived in the Kern River Valley).

The service here was pretty amazing! Lindy was accommodating and thoughtful. I ordered a Carne Asada burrito and it was pretty good. However, it comes with a lot of different ingredients and I didn’t seem to get much of the actual Carne Asada meat. But again the burrito was pretty good. Lindy offered me ice water while I waited for my burrito and in the bag was an unexpected serving of tortilla chips and salsa. I will be back next time I’m in Kernville!

I am not from Kerville, and I am pretty picky when it comes to mexican food, so this isn’t just a random 5 star review for the sake of it.
I was there over the weekend with my wife, and my father and his wife, and it was amazing. Delicious food, amazing service, great atmosphere. If I ever find myself in Kernville again, I will absolutely find myself here.
If anyone is reading this, and looking for a nice place to eat in Kernville, you won’t be disappointed.

During our stay in Kernville, we’ve eaten here twice and both times it was delicious!! As a San Diego native, I was pleasantly surprised to find authentic Mexican food in Kernville, which I didn’t expect. The carne asada had excellent seasoning, the enchilada sauce was clearly homemade (not canned), and everything tasted like it came straight from home. I could’ve done without the sour cream, but that’s just personal preference. They even had Jarritos and Mexican Coke, so yeah, I was a happy camper… literally!
