Wow! Normally I’m all about good reviews. Today, they had issues accepting payments online. Instead of putting in the pizza when I got here like I kept asking why they haven’t they looked at me like I was wrong and crazy. I stood here for 25mins and still waiting. All they have to do is comp the pizza and I’d prob be leaving a much better review. That’s on top of the 15 mins or so the app said. Still waiting and it’s pretty upsetting they couldn’t just comp a few orders to make customers happy.

Not sure who Ashley is but she was obviously high when making our pizza. Not only was it undercooked but there was cheese missing. We ordered an hour before closing so by the time we received our raw pizza there was nothing we could do but request a refund. Lesson learned.

My pizza came with the wrong toppings, and you can tell that a beginner tried to do the stuffed crust and failed… when I picked up a piece of pizza, the crust separated from the pizza! And when I lifted it up, there was raw dough stuck to the cardboard. It wasn’t even cooked properly! Worst pizza experience I’ve ever had in my life. I didn’t know you could ruin pizza this bad, but now I have a greater appreciation for pizza when it IS made properly. I called for a refund and after being on hold for way to long, I never received compensation. I wish I could give zero stars, but I’ll have to settle for one. For the love of God, do NOT order from here.

Well…. For Valentine’s I wanted a heart shaped pizza for me and my boyfriend but the pizza we got was shaped nothing like a heart. We also ordered cheesy bread and it was okay.. just short (didn’t look like the 10 inches we ordered) and burnt at the crust. However we ordered chipotle honey wings and that was the only “good” thing we ordered.

We order pizza from this location all the time. We live half a mile from the store. I got the confirmation email saying it would be here in 25 minutes. After an hour, I called the store and the manager on duty said he contacted the driver and he would be here in 10 minutes. I called back after 30 minutes of still no pizza (we only order a small cheese pizza for my kids because they will only eat Papa John’s) and he said the driver was right around the corner and then hung up on me. After another 20 minutes of waiting, when the driver arrived, I confirmed with the him that he had no missed calls from the manager. He was very nice and apologetic. We will continue to order from this location, but whomever was the manager on duty tonight, 11/28, should be fired. He was rude, and lied, and hung up on me. He said he refunded the order but I highly doubt it.
