Went to a concert lastnight and it was horrible experince from start to finish.
1.. Over priced drinks like really $40 for 2 waters a redbull and a drink
2. Food was super dry and no flavor
3. Whoever controlled the music box needs to relearn how to do the job, becouse the base was on way to loud and the main microphone not turned up.
4. We paid for a table and people were putting their trash on it
5. People trying to sit in our section. We were vip.
6. Parking lot was a nightmare to get out of becouse it was not plowed and cars was to close to eachother
7. What makes it ok for the main arist to come on 45 minutes before the venue closes and makes us wait over an hour to do the stage change amd then lip syncs all his song
8. You never find a hostess to order anything or check on you

I can’t speak on service or food I went there for line dancing. Nice big space for dancing. I love it. Clean place no issues for me. Maybe I’ll try food next time.

Order pupusas and a piece of glass was in my food. Service was ok after being here for a hour I have to ask for a server for are table every other table had a waitress but not ours. Atmosphere was great.

Came to see concert of Los Ángeles Negros and Iracundos. Been here since 9:00pm. First time here and bad service from all waitress and the bar.. my wife went for a beer and a margarita the bartender lady as well the bartender guy denied her service. We sat on our table, have asked the bad waitress for a menu waited for over a hour then ask another bad waitress same thing. The owner needs to train their employees to be more professional as how to serve their customers. Very bad for the place and for the owner. One more the bathroom is a mess. No tissue paper… BAD PLACE!!!!!

Came here for the Flex concert. Paid for a table. So far, I’ve been my sister’s and I’m waitress as service is pick and choose who you want to serve here. Had planned on tipping a good amount since you know, pay for table, we take of you is usually how it goes, so I wanted to return that gratitude. However, I’m seeing I paid for a table just to be ignored and having to go to the bar to order anything I want or need.
The music is great.
I left exactly at 12am. I’m not trying to be here all night for a concert that is not being announced. No service was provided but happily taking my money.

I was very excited to try this place, but sadly VERY disappointed. As we walked in the door the waitresses just stared at us, never asked if we needed a table, so I proceeded to walk in and grabbed a table. We waited for a few minutes and no one came to greet us or asked us if we wanted a menu. I looked around and the two waitresses that were there were only attentive with the Male customers. So I walked up to the bar and asked where I could place my food order. She said she would bring me the menu. After reviewing the menu I realized prices were higher than usual. This place wants to be ran as a 5 star restaurant, but is lacking in customer service and food was not worth the price. I have no problem spending money where is well worth it SPECIFICALLY when it comes to food. Don’t be fooled by the “steakhouse and grill” propaganda, this place is far from a steakhouse.

The fish ( red snapper ) is advertise as $18 on the Menu ( not by pound ) the hostess told me she can serve me fish a ( Red Snapper ) but for $30 since the fish was big, my mom likes fish I had to get her fish. The FISH was OLD it was fried I don’t know how many times but it was hard. I know there is more than 1 fish at a restaurant, I feel as the restaurant did not want to lose money and sold me an OLD FISH. This review is just the beginning of my complain. I will contact BBB and report false Advertisement as well.
There was only one hostess, she served us ok per clientele at about 14 people. Overall the service was good.
Unfortunately the OLD FISH will never be forgotten. To be continue…
