Had an issue earlier today. But the manager Tony stepped up and took care of it no problem. That is what a store manager who values his customers does. Takes care of any issues. The 2 pizza special we got plus the specialty pizza was hot, and the taste was great. That is why we order Pizza Hut over and over. Thanks again to Tony for taking care of us like always. We will be back!

I ordered the Melt (and breadsticks) today. Both slices were very hard/crunchy. Breadsticks were slightly over cooked as well but I ate them as the melts weren’t edible) . I don’t understand why all these pizza chains keep over cooking their pizzas. Pizza is supposed to be kind of floppy and not stiff as a board. I give up and I’m just gonna start going to mom and pop pizzerias.

They deserve zero stars after spending countless hours in urgent care. My children got food poisoning from this place. Completely unacceptable and disgusting. I can only imagine what the kitchen is like or how sanitary these workers are. Safety regulations where? Food safety knowledge where? My children are sick from your lack of professionalism. I called to speak with a manager and was asked “what do you want, I’m in charge right now?”. Absolutely disgusting. Avoid at all costs. Calling health department.

Placed an order online and had to wait 15 min to get my pizza. Ridiculous. Would’ve been satisfied if they offered a discount.

I tried to give them another chance (3rd chance). I arrived to pick up my pizza and they gave my pizza to a different client. Had to wait another 15 min to get my pizza. Never coming back.

I placed an online order close to closing and we arrived to pick up our pizzas and store was closed. I can see my name on the screens where they display orders that are ready and no employees where on site. Neither my pizzas inside the warmer. I called and no one answered. Other times they have called me to see if we are on our way or if they can’t make the order because it’s almost closing. Not time. I want a refund and I’m curious why they didn’t cancel the order or called.

Not the best at customer service . I called to order a pizza . 15 mins later I show up because my pizza was ready . As I pay the cashier hands me the pizza I open it and it’s the wrong pizza. The cashier goes to the back to look for it. She mentioned she saw the pizza but does not know were it went. I had to wait another 15 mins for my order (total of 30 min) . I understand sometimes situations happened I been there however no apology was made or any sort of that .

this is the second time the my pizza is incorrect. the first time i ordered both my pizzas were cold and missing ingredients dients. This time i received one cold and dry and the second one was perfect as it should be! i am not new at this location and i always order from the application. But i am sure i would not order again if this continues.
