It was earlier than most people go out for dinner, like 5:30. Therefore, we were served easily and quickly. The food was delicious as usual. Really good! I always trust what I order here. I rated the service low because our server was more like a Spanish automatron. He brought us what we ordered, but he seemed like he didn’t care one bit whether we liked it or not. We sat in the bar, and that was nice as it so happened the air was fresh as it came through the patio door. Great place for really good Mexican food, but I guess it just depends on who serves your food as to whether the service is pleasant or not.

First of all, let me say that I think it is ridiculous that ratings have become dependent upon mask wearing, as this is such a debatable hot topic that has nothing to do with a dining experience. That said, every employee was wearing a maskii and doing so properly. The staff was efficient and friendly and the food was fresh and delicious. Nothing like the aforementioned, review writing amateur that precedes mine.

Food and staff are awesome! But regardless when you split a check you pay automatic 18% gratuity which they don’t mention. So when you’re a nice person you tip more, you end up paying more for a tip than you do for your food. Ridiculous in my opinion menus says party of 6 or more is automatically 18% and that’s not the case apparently. Inconsiderate and rude in my opinion they should be open with what they are charging you for, not just shoving a card reader in your face and letting you tip even more. I have no issue tipping but when I get a 38% tip that’s ridiculous will not be going there again!!

Pretty good Mexican food for Central Oregon (we moved here from AZ so the bar is really high!). It was super busy when we went in the other night. Kids Shirley temples didn’t have cherries and our food all came out at different times, but overall food was pretty good.

Have had several great experiences here. Food is decent service is typically great. Just be sure to call ahead if URI is working GO SOMEPLACE ELSE! This guy is allegedly a “manager” he is the worst I will not go back if he is working. I would’ve done 5 star but URI has tainted my opinion of this restaurant. Uri is a dark stain on this establishment hopefully the owners realize what he is.

I work in the area and called a order to pick up when I got there I was greeted by a young man with blue hair ( which I’m sure he was the one who took my over the phone order) got there on lunch break to wait 15min for him to come back and tell me the order wasn’t put in, so I didn’t have time to wait and had to get back to work(4-22-2023) Than today I walked over there again for lunch door was opened so I went in waited again 15mins for someone to come up to me and say they are not opened(4-23-2023). Again waisted a lunch. Do not recommend this place. Response to yours: yes I called my order in early so that ot would be ready when I picked it up at 11:50 not at 10:50 which you assumed. And if I was there earlier than opening than why were there customers in your place dining? Me being there earlier than opening was today not the previous day! I also added the dates so ypu don’t get confused.

I’ve been let down by all the Mexican Cuisine restaurants in town…. until I stumbled upon this amazing hole in the wall not only did the staff continually check in on us and make us feel welcome, but our food came out fast, fresh, and delicious!! We can’t wait to have some more! Fajitas were to die for oh and did I mention the prices were more tha fair! For both pictured dishes, strawberry lemonade and milk, was less than $36!

Maybe it was an off night maybe it’s a new normal. I don’t know. I’ve been here a few times over the years and can’t say anything has ever been exceptional or excellent, but never below good. But this experience was below standards even for basic sit down restaurants. We chose not to order “adult drinks” and watched our service suffer because of it. The table next to us got constant attention while we waited for water glasses to get refilled.
