We had the Burrito Deluxe. It had a white cheese sauce on it. The food arrived quickly, was warm and tasty. We were also given chips and salsa, which also had good flavor. Two of us shared the burrito and still took a little home. We ordered a large Margarita. It came in a huge, heavy glass. However it was packed with ice.

Unsatisfactory amount of steak, what is there is overdone and not very flavorful at all. Salsa is from Gordon’s food service and there’s not a single napkin or utensil in sight.

I thought another typical Mexican restaurant and boy was I in for a treat. Not only was the service fast but the flavors were sooo vibrant. This food was prepared with a lot of love. The vegetables were so fresh and juicy. Mixing the cold veggies with the hot delicious tilapia and shrimp was a perfect combination. The drink was also perfect. I finished it all and I never finish it all. 5 stars for me and I highly recommend.

Went to lunch here with a friend recently and ordered enchiladas. There was hardly any sauce and then to add queso, it was like a $3+ upcharge for pretty much any substitutions or small additions. I honestly felt nickel-and-dimed and the food and service was completely lacking.
I know there’s not a lot of great Mexican restaurants over in Holland but I was at El Patron recently and they were amazing on all accounts. I would skip this place next time.

This place has gone downhill. Used to have great gauc, now it’s barely edible. This is my 2nd time in a row being overcharged for a lunch meal, when they specifically ask lunch or dinner, I say lunch. Charged for dinner but no rice and beans in my to go as well. We used to order employee lunch every monday, but something needs to change. Its just not the same anymore.

Had the lunch special. It came quick and piping hot. I had the beef burrito rice and beans. It was very good and the service was very speedy.

If you like Mexican food this restaurant is for you. I don’t know what they do to CHILE VERDE, but man is out of this world. They have awesome food, excellent servers/hosts, a nice clean place, and are very affordable. Did I mention margarita? Wow, they are BIG and so good

We really enjoyed our time here! Although, the restaurant was pretty packed. Everyone was very close to a lot of other tables. The food was typical of most Mexican restaurant chains, good but a bit expected without anything really unique. The best part of the trip was the 32oz margarita, which was large but didn’t seem to have much alcohol. Overall it was a good time and I would return if I was in the mood for this style of Mexican food.
