This is a family-run “cenaduría” (diner) style restaurant serving delicious and authentic Mexican food (not Tex-Mex). They are one of the few places in the area that serves proper Mexican style tacos with onion and cilantro with “al pastor” meat, (pork) carnitas, (chicken) tinga, and carne asada. they serve Mexican sandwiches, called tortas, as well as fat San Francisco-style burritos. The tortas and burritos come with French fries.
They always have a specials board up.
