Food was incredible. I can’t explain how good it felt to eat real Latino Food; the Pupusas are real pupusas, they taste just like in Central America. The meat was amazing, well seasoned and tasty, not dry. And it was a lot of food. I could not finish it all. The Fresco de Melón was amazing too, tasted all natural. This is what restaurant should be like. The atmosphere is nice, cozy, clean and the staff is kind and friendly. Really I can’t stress enough how much I’ve missed having real Latin Food.

We bought a bunch of meals from here tonight for dinner. Our bill was $62.62 & it fed 5 of us. We ordered 3 orders of 1/2 chicken Spanish with rice & beans. We also got tostones and sweet bananas. My meal was shrimp with rice & beans. Everything was delicious. The food was ready in 20 minutes. It was clean in the restaurant. They were very friendly also! Prices are reasonable as well. The food is made based on the ethnicity of El Salvador. We will definitely be ordering again. Thank you!

We ordered pork tacos , the pork was a little dry for my liking but overall that taste was good. The atmosphere I gave a 4 because it was very cold to dine in . Service was good just didn’t like being greeted by someone with a mask made it hard to understand what he was speaking.

Papusas were great. The platanos was very good as well. Curtido didn’t seem like it hadn’t pickled enough but wasn’t too bad.

I hate giving bad reviews but the food was not good. Their was no flavor. The steak encabollao had no onions. The pork chops was not good. The tostones was so hard my fiance broke a piece of his molar – that’s how hard it was. Will never go again

The pork tacos were very tasteless and dry. I’m Mexican and this restaurant has high expectations if they want to sell different foods from different countries. I’d say they’re popusas are good probably bc the owner is from there. The popusas hands down are great. However the tacos are not good at all. There was cilantro missing and radishes not to mention the famous salsa that goes with tacos. I’d go there only for popusas but for authentic Mexican food there’s still a huge NEED for Walden. If your ever in the city though Tacos número 1 is authentic mex tacos.

The grilled chicken is amazing. Also the pupusas are legit; the cooks are Salvadorians. Prices are reasonable. We highly recommend it.

Great after work meal. Two of the veg pupusas served with yellow rice and beans (also vegetarian), with a side of curtiso, a tart cole slaw-like crisp salad. I will be back. Convenient Walden location across from town hall. Support quality restaurants to ensure we have quality restaurants!
