Horrible all the way around. The manager should at least speak English and show some sort of customer service skills. Never will I go back there again. Gives all Taco bell’s a bad name. Would rather spend my hard earned money at a place that respects me a customer and doesn’t disappoint in every aspect.

I went to wash my hands before ordering and the soap was out. I stood at the front to let them know the soap was out and it took 5 min for someone to walk up so I could let them know. 10min later they still hadn’t changed it and were ignoring me at the front so I went to eat at the McDonald’s nextdoor instead (where I was able to washing my hands).

I actually had a good experience at a taco bell, which feels rare. Bathroom and dining room was clean. Food was pretty quick, correct, fresh (for fast food), and didn’t make me feel sick afterwards. Bravo to this location.

I waited 25 minutes for my food. They weren’t busy, my food was SITTING BEHIND THE COUNTER! They didn’t call it out, didn’t acknowledge me for a good 3 minutes while I was standing at the counter waiting for someone. Finally a girl came, I told her the name on the order, and asked if it was ready, and she WALKED AWAY without saying anything behind the kitchen. When she came back she grabbed the bag I WAS STARING AT THE WHOLE TIME, and dropped it on the counter with an attitude. She didn’t say a single word to me. 2/10. Food was okay, just so freaking cold.

Spent $65 for junk! The tacos had no filling and I didn’t get 3 of the items I paid for. They really need to train their employees to READ and understand the orders, give napkins, straws and better customer service. I did go back but not one kid came to the mic, window or door. The one time we grab fast food in a very long time and it’s clear as to why we don’t.
Very dissatisfied and disappointed that little effort is made when a service is to be provided.

First off the young kid taking my order was super rude and wanted to rush me the whole time. Second they just dumped the chips in the bag so they were open and all over the bag. Third I asked for sauce and got none and no straws. Forth the burritos had no meat and the tacos and chalupas had the smallest amount of beef it was all just lettuce. I have pictures to prove it couldn’t even eat or enjoy any of the food. A waste of 22 bucks.

On a 30 min lunch only people at the counter, waited 9 min to be helped. After ordering the new jalapeno ranch fries. They handed me a container for a Mexican Pizza.. Yes inside it was about 10 fries some hamburger tomatoes and the ranch sauce. I took it to the counter where I was ignored about 5 more minutes until one of the ladies in the back came out and said that what I got was how it comes. I pointed to the picture and said uh NO it’s not. She then reiterated in the only English words I believe she knows sorry That’s the way it is !! DO NOT EAT THERE!! Just don’t do it. We won’t go back.

Service was absolutely horrible and when I got home to eat my food it all fell apart and just looked disgusting. I decided to try it anyways and it tastes just as bad as it looked. I never right reviews so this how bad this place was for me! Eat at your risk.

Horrible place they take forever to give you DoorDash orders , often are just flirting and flirting with each other or taking pictures of their cars in the parking lot and leaving the store unattended.. 0/10 seriously not to mention the girls there are rude and always have an attitude with me for no reason
