Got 2 chicken tacos with avocado. If I want sauce (which I did), you get one choice in a small container. No more salsa bar. Cost $7.74. Music distracting because it is a spanish radio station that is fading in and out, making for an unpleasant atmosphere. I wish they had asked if I wanted a crispy corn or soft flour tortilla shell. Instead, I was just given a soft flour tortilla shell. I had to pick up at their counter rather than someone delivering my food, despite me needing a cane to be mobil. You need a key for their bathroom, and the door doesn’t open easily with the key. The cashier was friendly.

I’ve been to many El Pollo Locos, but this one is better than the rest. They give you extra sauces (within reason) for no charge, and the cashiers are very friendly – especially Blanca, she’s just a genuinely happy person.

Ordered 2 Pollo fit bowls. One was the Mexican Caesar and the other was the Avocado. There really isn’t much difference between them but they both tasted great. Veges were fresh and meat was grilled just right. Very quick turnaround as I only waited about 3 minutes.
