I recently had a rather disappointing experience at polo loco specifically with their prices and missing chicken, I ordered a three piece and received an 2.5..
My wings were just a piece of a wing.
Presentation and Appearance**
Upon receiving my order, the looked less than appetizing. The chicken was over cooked giving it a dry and uninviting appearance. There was a noticeable absence of flavor which is usually a staple in their yard bird This omission was particularly disappointing, as chicken add that essential tang and crunch that enhances the overall flavor.

Super clean every time I have eaten here. Very pleasant and happy staff. Food is always on time and amazing. I am always satisfied and they exceed my expectations every visit. Great restaurant. Paid $47 for 3 burritos. Asked for 6 salsas (2 per burrito) and they only gave me 4. This happens all the time at this store. I SPECIFICALLY asked for extra salsa. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. WORST location by far. I’ve been to plenty of El Pollo Locos, and this one has the rudest employees (especially the manager). STOP SKIMPING ON THE SALSAS. I’d rather pay more somewhere else than deal with this place ever again.
