We walked in during a rush this Sunday afternoon and Minh was SO patient with everyone in line. He then was making sure everyone had what they ordered as well as asked an elderly couple if they needed their chicken cut a little smaller (teriyaki chicken)HOW THOUGHTFUL! Then was consistently cleaning the lobby, the drinking fountain etc! The Dr. Pepper was out and he personally took my drink in the back to fill up so I didn’t have to wait for the bags to be changed out. Minh made our experience great! What a wonderful employee!

Got home & both entrees were missing & the tea was so sweet as to be undrinkable.
They don’t even sell Chinese tea. Every drink they have is sweetened. I hope they get included in the fast food class action lawsuit for only having sweetened drinks.

They started a rewards program and app. I was able to save $3.00 off our order. They were busy with online orders, dine in orders and drive thru too. They were able to handle the busy Friday night crowd with ease.

Terrible customer service. I spent over $50 and the employee named TJ made it feel like I was a burden. Every time I tried to add more items to my order, she made visible faces of annoyance and frustration. To make things worse, she was extremely stingy with the Teriyaki sauce. After asking for more twice—and even offering to pay for extra packets—she gave me a dirty look and treated me like I was begging for charity. Her facial expressions said it all: she clearly hates her job and has no respect for customers. Spending that much money should come with basic respect. TJ’s attitude is unacceptable. I won’t be coming back to this Layton location.

I Order a mobile order so I could skip the drive-through and come inside and grab my food and be on my way but for some reason they decided to have the lobby closed while there’s two full wraparounds of cars wrapped around the building makes absolutely zero sense for those that order ahead. Whoever the manager is should be removed and replaced because they clearly don’t know How to run a restaurant
