Not often in the area stopped at this location around 11:30 1/10. The cashier was very polite and professional. While getting my drinks I overheard her asking the manager for extra hours on the weekends good to see an employee with a good work ethic like that there.

Wendy’s in my absolute favorite fast food spot. I think the quality of the burgers and the chicken sandwiches is much better than McDonald’s and Burger King. I wish I had a Wendy’s closer to me. I would love if Wendy’s have me as a personal reviewer because I am totally biased because they are absolutely the best fast food out there. Hint hint Wendy’s. Nothing but good reviews coming from me and that is the honest truth.

Horrible customer service. Butchered my take out order, forgetting order of fries. Simple solution, right? No! This sour, miserable lady chose to argue with me saying that she did not make a mistake. We both went back and forth for a bit. Eventually asking if she’s going to give me my order of fries. She said absolutely not!! Just got to the point where I did not want to deal with her anymore and walked out. What a shameless establishment. I Will never be coming back here. I highly recommend that you don’t either.

Ordered in the Drive-Thru I said twice loud and clearly “add cheese to the chicken sandwich if it does not have it, no mayo”. I get to the window and they’re rushing me out the drive-thru so I suspect something’s up of course. The fries were cold which makes no sense, and then the sandwich had extra meal on it after I told them twice no mayo on it! Mgr just had excuses when I called.

Wendy’s is Wendy’s!! I wanted to shout out this particular one because of the excellent service we received. You typically don’t, (at least I don’t), receive good service from late evening fast food restaurants with young folks working there. So hats off to the young man and woman that served us. Great job!!

Difficult place to get in and out of,very few convenient parking spots, (I parked way around back… Food was good, (and hot) staff was “on point”. I’d definitely eat here again.

This kind of quality control is going to get someone sick! Every single order I’ve received over the past year or so has been completely sub-par. How do you see that as an employee, and then continue to serve it. Thanks for taking my money for food that went into the trash, where it should have been instead of in my salad. Horrible quality.
