I’ve eaten at plenty of El Pollo Loco. This was probably the least favorite one to eat at. The service was slow. Incorrect order. Yes, it was corrected, but it would have been better to not feel like it was a hassle. Better customer service is definitely needed at this location. And if the employees are up in front helping customers. At least acknowledge them. Being friendly doesn’t cost anything. A better way to deal with your customers. Negative feelings about eating here again.

Came in just wanting a Pollo bowl.
Found out you can ask for extra rice,beans,onion,cilantro.
They didn’t have cilantro but I asked if I can get lettuce instead.
They HOOKED ME UP! LADY IN THE BACK AND CASHIERS WERE SMILIES THE HOLE TIME .
cashier even came and asked if I needed more salsa.
Definitely got more than I asked for.thank you Pollo loco for a good diner.

Every employee here acts like they hate working there. God forbid you need assistance at the register (due to a failed coupon) because no one will acknowledge you or talk to you. When they finally DO decide to help, they act like you’re the biggest burden ever. This place is NOT it. The food is good but the environment is hostile. Get those employees retrained ASAP. This is coming from someone in the service industry.

Lots of choices for whatever you’re in the mood for. I ordered the 3 piece chicken with a side salad and broccoli. We also had the double chicken avocado salad. They seemed short-staffed judging by the desperate comments of the girl working the Drive-Thru… That being said, the young man who took our order kept his composure and was very friendly considering. Our food came promptly and everything we asked for was correct.

I’m sorry to post this but they need to do better, I got a burrito that tasted good but I was gonna take another bite and almost broke my teeth because there was a big bone inside. I find this unacceptable. On top of that my iced tea tasted weird and they never remove the stems of the cilantro. I know they have to work fast but a burrito should not have a bone. I hope you take this into account and improve. Thank you

We went at 8:40pm. We were greeted at the drive thru and then when we tried to order, complete silence. No one inside, no signs of anything. Its like they hid to not help anyone. The sign shows they’re open until 10:30pm

Very bad chicken and dirty place. My ordered was online for Legs and thighs black beans and corn tortillas. And they gave me a mix of chicken, pinto beans , and tortillas were not corns, the chicken was burned, and old. I had to go inside for my order the place was dirty 8 persons working there and they couldn’t clean their kitchen. Not good place to eat, bad chicken ad burned , employees don’t care . Never again I will go to this place.

The food was good, we especially enjoyed the chicken, fresh tortillas, and stuffed quesadilla. Service was a little slow, and all the napkins, cutlery, and salsa were all up front, which is a hassle.
We were the only ones eating lunch in the dining room, and we quickly found out why. It was 80 degrees outside and 65 degrees inside. It was terribly cold. We asked the manager to warm it up a little, but he said it was only controlled by corporate. Sheesh, that’s ridiculous. We won’t be coming back here again.

Went to El Pollo Loco and got the $26.99 12 piece family chicken dinner meal for $20 with a coupon. It came with 3 large sides, 12 pieces of chicken and flour tortillas. The chicken was amazing as always. The sides were hot, fresh and quite tasteful. I would give the whole experience a 4.5 out of 5. I would give the food for the price also a 4.5 out of 5
