Employees treat the customers as of they dont exist. Understaffed to have someone offering customer service at front counter. Solely relying on the kiosks to save money but customer service has dropped to non existent.

Ordered drive thru and they did not give me what I ordered. I had to go back inside, they were rude, and moved very slowly. An employee wanted to give me thigh meat in my quesadilla instead of breast just to speed it up. Poor, slow, careless and rude service

Didn’t feel like cooking dinner. Just got off work so I stopped in to Pollo Loco in Woodcrest. Went in and to my surprise they had a $5 menu … So I ordered the chicken nachos and chicken burrito.. Also came with chips and a drink. Not bad for $5 … I wanted to take a picture of the food. I was so hungry that I forgot to takes pictures lol … I thought that was a good price deal… So now people, they have $5 specials. Thank You Pollo Loco….. ..

El Pollo loco is just not worth getting anymore. Got an 8 piece that was close to $20 just the chicken alone. All of them sooooo small not even worth the price at all. Not coming back unless they do better. So disappointed since this used to be a childhood favorite of mine

It was a good experience. Great customer service. Very clean location. The I my thing was the portions they gave with my meal was not the correct size. I guess they’re not purchasing the el polo loco containers. They found some person containers to save money. And it’s a smaller size. They need to correct this. Trying to cut cost can be a drag for your customers.

We got told of a family birthday party at the last min. Heading to it, called and was lucky to have spoken to Carlos. In about 20 min time, he put together a 30 piece chicken meal with mashed potatoes with gravy, macaroni and cheese, tortillas both corn and flower, chips and pico. Carlos made sure we had everything we would need. Plates, plastic wear, napkins, we couldn’t have asked for any better service. He even carried the box out to our vehicle. Just OUTSTANDING service. And the food, mmmmmmmmm Everyone loved the food, especially Mac and Cheese. Just so good. Thank you El Pollo Loco, and Especially to Carlos and his team.

El Pollo loco is not what it used to be at least this one. I order a double chicken tostada and it was so bad the chicken was cold when I said cold I mean refrigerator cold as well as the rice and beans. The tostada was half way fill and I pay $12.99 for it.

Came here march21 @7:30 tacos were not fried right one of them wasn’t fried at all but oily no cheese or cilantro in 2 tacos, burrito poorly made with a slit in the middle, food was soggy. Do better.

Should have listened to the reviews. How are you out of chicken at 5:20 pm. Poor management as issue has till not been addressed and is not acceptable. You have one job cook chicken but you kid is laughing and giggling instead of working. It has now been over 10 minutes still waiting. Dirty front windows as waiting for food. Thinking of just donating the 50 bucks and leaving without food if 5 more minutes go by. Customer just walked out because of wait. On a Friday too. Up to 5 people waiting for their dinner now.
