Went through the drive thru on July 25, 2025 at 9:37pm. I made an order for a salad and 8pc family meal and this is what they gave me. Completely raw chicken! I couldn’t even drive back because by the time I would’ve gotten there they would’ve been closed. I did call it in the next morning and the manager offered to replace it but that night sucked for us and we had to throw it in the air fryer to finish cooking but it wasn’t good. Night shift is a complete mess! They ask you if you want salsas and what kind so they don’t end up putting them in the bag and the same thing with the tortillas they asked if I wanted corn, flour or chips. I asked for chips, again they didn’t put them in. So I told the cashier ai asked for chips and they are not in here. The cashier said “oh we don’t have any.” But instead of letting me know and asking me if I wanted corn or flour she chose for me and throws in corn tortillas. Not only that but when at first I got to the window instead of charging me like any normal cashier she says “Yeah? What?” I stared at her like what do you mean what? She didn’t even know what she was doing. Terrible, terrible service and whoever is cooking the damn chicken they need to retrain them ASAP or they are going to get someone sick!!!

It’s El Pollo Loco, so the line can move a bit slower since they make the food to order. Honestly though, it’s still usually faster than In-N-Out.
You get fresh, grilled food that actually feels lighter than most drive-thru options, and it’s easy to grab something quick without feeling weighed down afterward. Reliable, tasty, and a great go-to when you want fast food that doesn’t feel like a bad decision.

Came in for a chicken burrito and was very satisfied. It was a chicken chipotle that the worker recommended. It was delicious. Friendly customer service, clean restaurant and delicious food. Thank you guys, I’ll back again!

Super small side of rice for over $5 bucks is so ridicules the price for such tiny portion.
I saw this until I got home and realized that was not even enough for one person. Very upset about this insult to the portion.
The drive thru person sound like being upset because doing orders and doing the window just show no atención to then person in the window because they rush to take orders.
Order the 8pc chicken and is way over cooked, to dry to eat, I live far and not worth driving back to return and talk to a person there, is been bad experience and not just this location but other pollo loco stores I been too. Inconsistent, wrong orders, overcharged, attitudes, not the experience they promise.
Literarily not worth. The only reason I left this comment is because I hope this was a mistake and some action is taken.

Ordered the new “Double chicken chopped salad” and really loved it. It might look similar to the fit menu salad but taste is different and much better. Spinach is added and also a chicken lime seasoning on top which changes everything! Also tried the tortilla soup which flavor is great but just a very few pieces of chicken. Anyway, Good job here. Server Holly very nice!

Passed thru the drive thru and had bad service due to the old dyke and every time I go it’s the same thing they forget my sauces and on top of that,the lady is rude and very un welcoming they should take her off the mic and have her doing the food.

I used to love this location but lately the customer service hasn’t been the best nor the food. I ordered the new taquito nacho plate and it looked nothing like the advertisement. Highly disappointed!!! It was so dry and no naked chips my a** lol beans were old, barely any cheese and the taquitos weren’t even wrapped properly. Look at my poor salad lol barely any chicken.
