L’ accueil téléphonique est ouvert le matin entre 11h et 12h30 et le soir entre 18h et 18h45. Nous ne prenons aucune réservation par mail et sur aucun réseau sociaux. Merci et à très bientôt !!

We had a wonderful dinner at Caveau St Jean in Colmar on Valentine’s Day.
The pizza was absolutely delicious – perfectly baked with a crispy crust and rich, high-quality cheese that melted beautifully. One of the best pizzas I’ve had in a long time.
We also tried the Paysanne salad, which was fresh, generous, and full of flavor, with excellent local cheese and perfectly balanced ingredients.
The atmosphere was warm and cozy, the service was friendly, and everything felt authentic and carefully prepared.
Highly recommended if you are visiting Colmar and looking for a place with great food and a lovely ambiance!
And the crème brûlée à la vanille was simply outstanding – the perfect sweet ending to our meal!.

The place opens at 6:30 PM. If you arrive earlier, make sure to get in line and enjoy your meal—it’s worth the wait! Reservations have priority. Since there are only a limited number of tables, the owners kindly inform you if it’s full. The food is incredibly delicious. You can ask for your steak to be well done, but the classic style is also excellent. The staff is very polite and the atmosphere is truly warm and welcoming.

I had the escargot, tarte flambee, and beef tartare (requested without fries, to save space in my stomach haha)… first, the ambiance and vibes, I really liked it! The staff were all very pleasant and provided great service. I showed up as soon as they opened and a couple people had made reservations but I was still able to he promptly seated. I thought the escargot and beef tartare were not bad but the star of my lunch was the tarte flambee. It was made to perfection. The salad that came with the beef tartare was also so good. I would come back here to have those 2 again for sure!!

We managed to secure a table for two after queueing for a short while. The place is located near the church in Little Venice. Very busy during lunch.
We had our table outside, cool and can watch people and tram went by. Service was fast and food was served shortly after our order. Salad with Munster cheese was fresh and was a big portion. The braised pork shank came with a bowl of freshly fried potatoes that was fried to perfection. Crispy on the edges. Love it. The steak was fried a little too over cooked to my liking else I would rate the food as 5.
The Resiling is cold and of good quality. It’s an overall good dining experience

This place was an amazing. We ate here our last night in Colmar and we were so pleased we did. The server didn’t speak much English but we were both able to easily order the steak and frites that came with a salad. I had a beer and my wife had a glass of white wine. The garlic aioli that came with the steak was to die for and the experience and ambiance was very nice. We didn’t have a reservation but got there earlier enough to get a table. People that were sat after us seemed to have a reservation though. Highly recommend!

I’ve celebrated there my anniversary. Six people (6+1/2 – my 3y.o. grandson). We made a reservation 2 days before for their opening hour – 18.30. Everything was perfect, starting with the services and the atmosphere. The food was delicious, abundant and reasonable as price. I’d mention the snails in garlic butter, the pork knuckle (garret), the beef. Accompanied by a very tasty alsacian Pinot Noir – Rota Rock.
