Came to pick up dinner after work. The place wasn’t filthy but it wasn’t clean either. This place just has kiosks for orders, which I personally don’t like. I requested 6 green salsas as permitted by my order. They gave me 2 red, 2 green. Perhaps understaffed bc I was standing there for a min waiting for someone to come over and help me. I got my green salsas and left. Food was good. Got home and realized I didn’t get my chips 🙁 I think I’ll go to another location next time.

Do NOT eat here. I was in the drive thru about a week ago. While I was waiting for my order I saw an employee holding a bowl of food. She licked her fingers then wiped them on her pants. After that she went and grabbed cilantro with the same hand and no glove.
I told the manager, Danny, and he said he didn’t see it. I told him I saw it and she needed to be sent home for health violation. He repeated “I didn’t see it”
I contacted corporate regarding this and I got an email that basically said thanks for letting us know.
Stay away from this place.

The last time I visited this particular location, I was very disappointed with the food. I mentioned how small the chickens were and that the inside was closed. I was very hesitant on visiting this location but I’m glad I did, the customer service was great, the chicken moist, beans and coleslaw delish. The new birria burritos were a disappointment, that was an easy pass. Just get the combos or burritos.

Ordered the Queso Guacamole Chicken Burrito once I cut into it there was NO queso at all, it also had a weird, unclean taste to it and it was super bland. Chipotle soooo much better. And yes, NO personal service here all kiosk. I won’t order from this location again. 0 stars for ZERO service.

I am not one to give negative reviews but tonight this location was not service related at all. The girl at the drive up window had attitude. Took my card to pay but could not even look at where she was handing it back. Asked if I ordered a small side which I did but she failed to place it on the order. Received food but we realized after driving off never received our drink. Now at home eating a small salad with not dressing. The price of food and the lack of service is got me giving this shift a zero.

I got home and opened the container and got ready to dig in. It was a “BIG” let down. I received several pieces(5) of dried cardboard chicken.
It brought back my memory why I stopped going to L pollo. “IT SUCKS BIG TIME”
I made several attempts to call the store. However, a recording came on 3 times.
I work around the area, and im fixin to stop by to collect my money back
