Same ol Mexican you’d find at any of these Mexican food stands…nothing except the lettuce is fresh, the meat in the “chicken & steak” fajitas wa NOT ok, it was soured….we had to get up from our table to ask for chups and salsa, the staff aren’t very friendly, the food is WAAAAAY over priced! We WILL NOT be returning to this building.

We went here last Thursday. But it is not a Mexican restaurant now. It’s the Black Olive Italian restaurant and it was awesome. I got a Shrimp dish,sorry I can’t remember the name, but it was delicious. It had shrimp, bacon and spaghetti in a cream sauce. So good! And the portion was huge. Enough to make 3 meals for me. Now the Black Olive, this new restaurant in town is much welcomed! We have been wanting Italian food and The Black Olive sure delivered! The service was top notch – friendly and efficient. Our food was delicious! The eggplant parmesan was done to perfection and the alfredo sauce on the tri-colred tortellini was fantastic! We will definitely be back!

Service was horrible. People coming in 30 minutes after us were served their drinks and food before we even received our drinks. We received our food right after we finally got our drinks and the salad was served after the food arrived. The food was good, but after over an hour waiting for it I was not a happy camper

I am new to Madison, Indiana and this is the first restaurant I have been to. The food is terrific. I have chicken enchiladas and a ground beef taco. The ground beef and chicken is seasoned just right. The portions are nice sized and the wait staff are friendly and attentive to your needs.
