The food is good for a small town Mexican place. And the staff is always super friendly. Sometimes the waitresses forget to check on you often or they do it too often- just depends on who you get. Really my only complaint is that the atmosphere is SO LOUD like uncomfortably loud. Everyone has to yell. And the seating is uncomfortable. I think it would be greatly beneficial for the place to invest in some booth seating or better tables&chairs + maybe different flooring to make the place not so loud.

The food was very good. The set up was great. I always enjoy homemade tortillas and they didn’t disappoint. Our server was the sweetest young lady (Hayden I believe) she was what made the whole experience even better. The rice was soft and fluffy, the flavor of all the food on the table was consistently good. Give it a try

Absolute garbage. The fajita skillet had no oil or butter on it so all the frozen vegetables stuck to the skillet and burnt, had an awful smell. The shrimp was about the only thing remotely edible and it was burnt too. The rice was hard, undercooked and burnt. The quest taste like canned green chilies and cumin. 10/10 don’t recommend.

Really dissatisfied in quality of food and service. Not authentic mexican at all. First off told waitress chips were stale, she proceeded to tell me they weren’t stale, just not warm enough. She then pulled more out of the warmer….still stale a.f. Watched them test the warmth of the queso w their fingers!!! Only 1 person wore gloves while making tortillas. Watching them prep your food makes you not want to eat it.

Got takeout yesterday, they were very busy. And the manager made sure our order was correct. They have made mistakes in the past, but always take care of them. I was very pleased with the service, and the food. Would recommend.

I was scared to try El Ninos after seeing the reviews, but im glad we went! The staff was very friendly and the food was great. The chips and queso weren’t the best, but they we’re still good! Everything else we ordered was amazing!

This place has the bartender serving the bar, take out, and a section in the restaurant while other employees wander aimlessly. The result is nobody checks on you while your food gets cold. Train some servers.

Every time i order from here i have an issue. It’s always something. I’ve been in the food industry for over 10 years and I’m not sure why there are so many issues with this places.

It’s is getting better, but service needs work. You shouldn’t bring out a plate or a bowl with food hanging off the side, either your slopping food on the plate like your feeding hogs or plate dirty

They were backlogged never got past the front desk. Was told 10 minutes then sat for 15 when we were all told it would be at least an hour before we could get any food.
