The food here is excellent. It is not “Americanized Mexican.” I took my father here and he told me the food here was more like he actually ate in Mexico.

Excellent! The food was hot and tasty. Portions were big. My new favorite restaurant. The staff was very sweet and thoughtful. Brought us a high chair and wiped it down before we placed our child in it. Price is spot on. The presentation is great. Resturant is beautiful and clean on the inside. For the quality of food, I was surprised it was not packed at 5:45 pm. It’s a home run.

A random Google search for Mexican restaurants in Hazelton and we found a gem. The waitress made it seem as if they had no veggies for a vegetarian enchilada but she went back and checked with the chef, they could make it. I didn’t have high hopes of anything spectacular but was I wrong. It was the most gourmet vegetarian enchilada ever. Peppers, fresh diced tomatoes, cauliflower and broccoli. I loved it! Plus the rice and beans were a perfect side as well as the chips and salsa served when you sit down.

The mole sauce was OUTSTANDING!!! We went at an “off time.” The food wasn’t being served quickly. That’s okay, that’s what I prefer, we were visiting with friends. The time and care that went into the food… The service… I know we are not the “typical group” that would dine here… HOWEVER… I can’t say enough about this place! 10/10

Food was very tasty. I think it was a bit on the salty side, but I left feeling full and quite happy. I had the grilled chicken platter and I didn’t have room left to finish the pork quesadilla I had ordered.

I ordered an order at 5:05 they told me it was going to be 25 minutes I showed up at 5:45 because I’m a cook and I understand time frames you know I want to be considerate. 607 here I am ask him where my order is. Nothing. Couldn’t help but look around at the 19 tables and see if there was only five people inside the entire restaurant and they couldn’t process an order of two people in an hour

Tasty food at good prices. I got the red chicken enchiladas. Salsa and homemade chips included at beginning very tasty. Could have been slightly spicier but good flavor.

We ordered Enchiladas, 4 tacos ( Canitas, Carne Asada, chorizo, and Spicy Pork) with rice and beans. The best was the chorizo taco, spicy pork taco, Enchiladas and the rice. I would go back and get any of those. For the worst the carnitas where dry, Carne asada had no flavor, and the beans had zero seasoning like they just got boiled out of the can and where served. I was disappointed because at 1st glance the rice and beans look delicious but then when you eat the beans it ruins the whole meal being satisfying. If I could suggest anything I would say marinate the Asada better, season your beans or add meat to them, and have the staff look more professional with matching uniform or t shirts.

Great quality food, good prices for the quality. They have vegetarian options which are quite good. They even have some American style food if someone in your party doesn’t want Mexican. Mariachi music on the TV, good vibe.

went to eat today for the first time, got salsa and chips as soon as we walk in . my boyfriend got bistec ranchero *no onions* it was full of onions , I loved onions so I took it off from his and ate them . Got enchiladas for myself , pork one but didn’t really like the meat taste. The waitress was very nice , the restaurant environment its boring , no music you don’t feel like staying. I went for lunch (got back to work late) the waiting is not that bad but it could be better . They only had one waitress need more as there were a few people in the restaurant and only 1 girl. The drink options are very very limited , I got a coke and their horchata is whatever. Got guac and chips too , the guac was good not the best .This restaurant could do better .
