This is our first time trying in this restaurant. We ordered chicken fajitas and chicken Taco salad. Chicken fajitas is okay not that great as we had best Fajitas in lot of other Mexican restaurants and our expectation was high. Chicken taco salad was too soaking wet and taco is completely soaked and shredded chicken didn’t feel fresh it had a weird smell. Not a best experience for me.

Super fun and cozy atmosphere! Beautiful colored, warm and bright lights, nice warm temperature (I can’t stand cold dining areas). Our server was amazing, very helpful with the menu. Menu was a bit overwhelming, it’s massive that might be the only thing I didn’t like and reason for only a 4.5 star. I had the street tacos and a side of rice, food came out within literal minutes. Hot, fresh and absolutely delicious. Both hot sauces were amazing and I wish they’d sell them by the cup! Margaritas were ok, nothing to go crazy about, presumably just a standard bottled mix unfortunately.

I ordered two number twos of the kids meal, I asked for no dairy they still put it on , so I had to go back and they remade it, everything was fine until I got a notification the next day ,saying they took money out of my account for a tip. Mind you, I saw one the the waitress eat off a customer food “the free chips and salsa they give you”, before giving it to the customer. Do not go here at all BTW THE FOOD THEY REMADE FOR ME CAME BACK COLD!!

Very authentic Mexican food. Large portions, and always comes with free chips and Salsa! I ate here a couple of months ago and actually had CRAVINGS for the Grande Burrito I had! Ate there again yesterday and it was fabulous! They also have great lunch specials, very affordable.

The ambience is right on, decorative, colorful and fun! The service was good. The Shrimp and Talapia tacos were very disappointing. They were dry and tasteless. There was very little tilapia in the tacos I received, my daughters shrimp tacos were a bit better.
Both were way too salty. I will return but will not order the shrimp/ talapia tacos!
The margarita was wonderful!. The menu prices online are much lower than the menu in the restaurant.

The vibrant colors and cheerful smiles made us so happy we walked in the door!
Sadly that is where our good experience ended.
I wish inhad know this was an El Loro.. we wouldn’t have come (it says so on the menu).
We ordered the queso dip and there wasn’t a lot of flavor and it is suoer thin so it just drips off the chips. The chips are super tasty and crisp and the salsa is deliciously spicy.
I ordered the chipotle burrito and the sauce isn’t very chipotle. We also got the chicken fajitas and portions for that are great!
We got water and ice tea. We told our server the tea tasted weird and to please take it and replace it with water. No apology and we even still had to pay for it.
I went to the restroom and saw a server walk out of the stall and out the door.. no hand washing. Thats when we decided we were done eating and left (after paying our bill)
Can’t say we will be back.

First time in and we loved it! The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The large margarita is indeed LARGE. We didn’t have to wait for a table and the service was great. Next time we are craving Mexican we will be back!

Service was prompt, attentive, and very nice! Our waiter checked in multiple times throughout our meal to ensure we had chips, our drinks were filled, and we were enjoying the food. The food was delicious. Plenty of vegetarian options, and very customizable if you want to add something to your order. The tables and chairs are well spaced and the decor inside the restaurant is fun and vibrant. They had decorations to match the holiday which was another nice touch. In addition to our friendly and attentive waiter, all other members of the staff were equally kind and attentive. This is a great place to visit and we will absolutely be back again.
