This Burger King has made some great changes in the last year or so. From inside lighting to management, the pleasure of visiting this Restaurant has improved immensely! Where I used to have to go inside to pick up my order because it was so rarely correct and had to be remade, today, I had the most amazing – made to order – fish sandwich that I’ve ever eaten from Burger King and my orders have been 100% correct for 6 months now! I can’t tell you how much I appreciate ACTUALLY being able to “have it my way.”

Got a burger with hair in it and then got hung up on when I called about it. Also couldn’t even give the drinks ordered without asking for them. Won’t be going back to that place ever again

Very disappointed in food quality! Went thru drive thru. There was no one else there at time of going through the drive thru. Fries and burgers were cold. I ordered a whopper with cheese, no onions and extra pickles. Left the onions and pickles off sandwich even though the wrapper had correct order on it.

I was pretty impressed at the Rice Lake Burger King. The service was great. The food was amazing, and the atmosphere was totally different meaning. In a cool way, take a moment and look at the video. I love the outside playground for the children, too.

We went thru the drive-through on a Sunday night. Three cars ahead of us. Took 10plus minutes to get our order. Sometimes it’s fast and sometimes it’s slow. Just the luck of the draw. L.O.L.

They gave me syrup instead of zesty sauce for my onion rings. I was so disappointed. Also, my Whopper Jr was smashed so that sucked but the service was fast.

I got a Jack o whopper and got just a normal whopper, no orange bun and no black sesame seeds. They defulted us to smalls instead of the larges we asked for. We got the cheesy tots and they are gross and cold, at least my frozen coke was good despite it being a small when i asked for a large.
