The employees are very kind! lately I noticed they used to be good with pricing and now they kind of scrape people with their prices for the portion ur getting. I used to like them and I know eventually prices on things do go up on things. I went to get a salad plain with just avocados and tomatoes nothing else although the price she said for just the salad alone compared to the price I pay when I get the salad with meat was more. I chose not to purchase it due to personal preference. I kindly said no thank you and left. After I left someone followed me I’m assuming another customer maybe they said something about me I’m not sure and started harassing me cause I didn’t want to purchase this salad calling me poor…. I paid $19.43 for a regular lunch of black bean rice and roasted pork, and honestly, it was very disappointing. The rice was soggy and tasteless, and the pork was cold. The food is overpriced for the quality they serve. I wouldn’t go back or recommend this place.

Food is good 90% of the time, I eat here every time i get a haircut its across the street, Ive been eating here for like 2 years. Its usually great ladies are amazing, but yesterday i ordered a medium oxtail and they gave me 5 pieces of oxtail for $24! I couldnt believe it lmaoooo.

Looks like a mom and pop place. Very accommodating. Service is excellent. Food is great. They make you feel very welcomed as soon as you walk in. Had a great time and we were not rushed out to leave.

I was in the mood for fish so I decided to try this place. When you arrive you have to park on the street. I walked up and there were people waiting outside to go in and I thought this was policy. When I finally walked in there was no such protocol. People were too close to each other and I didn’t like it. Someone bumped into me because they had too many people in at once and I freaked out. I got to order and the servers were very nice which was the best part of my experience.
I got home and dug in and the rice and beans wasn’t bad. The fish on the other hand was salty. I had to take off the fried part so I could consume it. I doubt I will be back.

The food was moderate. It wasn’t bad nor great. I suggest you take it to go rather than dining in due to the price difference for the same portion. I paid about $15 and some change for a plate to dine in. The customer service was good and the restaurant is clean.
