The vanilla and the caramel iced coffees are very good, especially if you like your coffee sweet. The avocado toast is usually really, really good, but the bagel wasn’t toated this time. I didn’t know I had to specify that I wanted it toasted. Kind of a bummer but still good.

I’ve had multiple bad experiences here sometimes I’ll have good service but it depends on who’s working. I ordered a ham Swiss and egg bagel got it with no ham. This morning I went and I had them scan my app and I didn’t want to use the money on there I wanted to pay with card they didn’t ask if I wanted to use the money on there like they usually do or I would’ve said something after she scanned my app she walked away then another young girl came up about 2 minutes later and she was not kind at all handed me the food didn’t say anything then closed the window and walked away. I hate that when I come here I feel very unsatisfied with them either not being kind or making the order correctly or I will sit in line when nobody is there for 30 minutes waiting for my order. They work in customer service and don’t have people skills and act put out when it’s their job. It’s super unfortunate because I have never had a bad experience at any other location.

Last month I was over charged by $20. In order to receive a refund, you have to go back to the store. This is incredibly inconvenient as I do not live near this location. To their credit, they did help me and got me my funds back.

This location is ok. Could do much better though. If you are going to have these new screens that ask you the amount of tip you want to leave… then don’t serve customers smashed bagels, a really small amount of cream cheese or a hard bagel. Why do I want to tip when you’re giving me something I paid for that looks like you stepped on it first.

I have been going to the Riverton, Utah location weekly for the last 8 years. I order the same thing every time: bacon and cheddar sandwich (one egg) with honey almond schmear on the side. My husband usually asks for the churrizo sunrise burrito. We ordered through the drive through, realized the bagel was plain on mine and his was a lot smaller than normal with barely anything in it besides skimped bacon and eggs. There was barely any schmear or hash browns.

This place is good. Sometimes I love there all nighters, but I’m really getting tired of some of the workers who are very inconsiderate and thinking that they could just make orders wrong make whatever sandwich they want. I ordered off of Uber eats and they gave me two chorizo bagels instead of what I originally ordered, it’s very frustrating knowing I have an autistic son, who hardly eats, and the one thing he loves to eat is done wrong. This establishment management need to do better fire the lazy workers.
