Love, love, love El Diablo! Ingredients are always fresh, portions are generous, and options abound. Staff is always friendly and attentive and the store is always clean. The Chicken Burrito is my goto and has never once disappointed. My wife prefers the Bowls. Have I said how much we love this place?

Portions depend on who is making the bowl. The past two times I’ve been in the salads have been a joke. This is not a 16$ salad. Barely any greens at all.

We got takeout here for dinner, and the food was very fresh and tasty. We ordered a salad with chicken, romaine lettuce, black beans, corn salsa, mild pico de gallo, and chipotle ranch, and a burrito bowl with chicken, rice, honey jalapeño, along with some other toppings. The line was very long, but it was worth the wait.

Food is good. Always. But still do not understand why you create such a backup so that the food sits and gets cold while we wait for people to get toppings. Literally, food is backed up and now sitting there for the better part of 6 minutes.
I’m thinking you might want to consider a new OP model. No reason for food to sit cold.
