Great food, amazing service, and awesome selection. I was blown away by how much I liked this place. I was honestly just looking for an easy bite and wondered into here just because it was the first thing I saw. It’s a family owned restaurant which shows in the case they take. Go here! You won’t be disappointed. I had the rib eye and it was AMAZING!!

I had the best french dip Sandwich I’ve ever had. Three of us had it and we all thought it was awesome. The owner and his wife and niece are the sweetest people I’ve met in along time. Very attentive and caring.i just wanted to hug them all. Seriously, the food was great. Can’t wait to go back

Excellent environment for dining or just getting together. The service was friendly and very attentive. The food ran the gamut from steaks and more expensive dishes to burgers and comfort food. I enjoyed the black and bleu burger, which was prepared per my request. A side salad was very generous with crisp, fresh vegetables and abundant dressing. I am very pleased with my experience and intend to return again shortly.

The food was excellent and the service was exceptional. The salad was one of the best I have ever had. The owner and staff were attentive but not overly so. We liked it so much we have been back and will be spending New Years Eve at Frederick’s. They have live music that is very nice and not to loud. Very much enjoyed my experience and looking forward to many more meals at Frederick’s.

The two of us went there for dinner we ordered our drinks twice and then wait just came back the table telling us that they didn’t have neither of what we ordered.
The service was extremely poor, we entered the facility about 5:35 no one there to greet us the bar had about 4 people at it all seem to be regulars.
Finally someone came out to greet us and then seat us. After getting our menus it took forever for them to come back and take our food order.
About the only good thing I could say about the place this evening on their steak was fantastic but to put up with that kind of service to get a good steak is not worth it.

Party Barge
Took my Dad and mom out for my Dad’s birthday. Wonderful service. Delicious food. The steaks in particular were excellent. Somewhat pricey, but good food always is. The pizza could’ve had more of a saucey taste to it, but that’s nitpicking to find a problem. A must try at least once restaurant. The low reviews of 180 bar and grill are very misleading. Some people you just cannot please.

Disappointing Customer Service
Party of 7 went for a birthday celebration. One of the party arrived early to guarantee seating. We all arrived 30 minutes later and was seated next to a party of 20. Drink orders were taken immediately, then there was no contact by wait staff or manager for 45 minutes. No refills offered and no orders taken. No eye contact or verbal communication by any staff member. One of our party’s food came out at different times and cold. The manager told us we would compensated but when bill came, it was for full price plus gratuity. So disappointed with customer service. This place has very good food but lack of customer service will turn you away.

We were seated promptly and the waitress took our drink order quickly. With a couple of old friends so we talked quite a bit. When we did order, we ordered the lunch specials: 2 open faced roast beef sandwiches and a pizza. Took over 30 minutes to get the food. Roast beef was barely warm, tough and extremely salty. Pizza was actually pretty good.
Wish I could say the slow service was because they were busy but, they were not.

If you are looking for a place that is understaffed, rude attitudes, inattentive, and unprofessional this is the perfect place for you. I decided to come here for my birthday and it was truly a mistake. It took the waitress 45 minutes just to come to our table, when asked by the other waitress if we could place our order she could careless and brushed us off. We we told the waitress of our disappointment she didn’t apologize for delay instead hurried and offered the manager. Told the manager about how the service was Thus far she acted very surprised and said she would take care a portion off the bill. Honestly we should have left them, but we didn’t.
We place our orders. Most of our food came out with the exception of my aunt’s who got the main part of her meal but not her side. It had gotten to the point that her food became cold. She asked the have it placed under the light to get warm, but still cold. We get our checks and to our surprise there was no adjustment after getting the owner who was also

When I tell u this place has the best steaks, I kid u not. I’ve never had a steak seasoned like this b4. Iris was a great server. She took really good care of us. This is my 1st time here in St. Louis, MO and wanted a good steak. This place satisfied me. I have no complaints.
