Months before Covid-19 began I booked this restaurant for my daughters first birthday. I messaged for weeks about details and made a $750 down payment for the venue. Once COVID began the entire world was lockdown. I thought I would immediately get a refund from the owners daughter or niece whoever Natalia is. But I was met with deleted message and blocked phone numbers. I finally got intouch with the daughter and she asked for my address, email address , and phone number. She assured me that I would get a FULL REFUND since my daughter is 2 almost 3 now. Still I have not heard anything back from the rest or the daughter in charge of the event planning. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM YOU BUSINESS. THEY PREY ON PEOPLE FOR THEIR BUSINESS BUT DO NOT WANT TO PROVIDE THE SERVICES YOU PAY FOR. Unacceptable I will be reporting this business to the BBB and hopefully I will get my refund back! Disrespectful and disgusting business practices.

I hate to give negative reviews but this place has no administration at all I had my daughters baptism here and the owner couldn’t even turn the AC ON … Therefore, the place was already burning hot then he didn’t cover the back stage like he explained that he will do.. The ladies restroom didn’t work at all. Therefore, all my guests (including ladies) had to use the Men’s Restroom not to be offensive but we all know how guys use their restrooms. My daughter’s baptism was not pleasant at all i spent so much money in this place where the owner promised to set everything according to my needs to have a nice party and make everyone enjoy it. However, sadly it didn’t happen. the food was ok and the waitress that we had was really efficient but the owners were only interested in the payments and nothing else. The food was ok.

This is my favorite Colombian restaurant in Morris County. Not only is it BYOB, Los Criollos has the best Bassa breaded filet dinner around. My pictures speaks for themselves. Our whole family loves it. You also get rice and a tasty tomato salad, that is enough for almost 2 people. My sister and I also think this place has the best tasting beans around. We just wish there was a little more volume of beans and a little less sauce, but it is so good. We always get 2 orders to mix with our rice. You also get 4 huge pieces of plantains. My sister got the Shrimp Filet soup special, in a fish curry broth which was tasty. It was loaded with shrimp and pieces of fish. We never finish everything and always get leftovers to go. The coffee here is great too. The inside is clean and casual, with 2 tvs. A gem of a restaurant in Wharton!

On the Uber App promoted a Tasty Looking Chicken Stew (Pollo Guisado with Potatoes Only). I asked for Dark Meat Only and put in Spanish No Pechuga y Alas de Pollo Por favor y Muchas Gracias. I received Chicken Breast with Snow Peas. I called Uber Eats no help I called the restaurant and the music was loud and the gentleman that picked up said he will have someone call me back which they didn’t.

This place is a whole in the wall has ok food but to expensive. I ate octopus here and it was $22.00 these people are crazy. Average octopus is 12 anywhere else. In the winter its freezing summer its boiling. Service is as you could expect (hood)
