I called last week to try and place a to-go order, but ended up canceling it due to their horrible customer service. The person who was taking my order seemed impatient, and the moment I tried explaining to her how I wanted my order packaged, she cut me off and yelled at me asking if that was all I was ordering. Obviously, I got upset and just told her to cancel for being rude and yelling at someone who was simply trying to place an order. We used to buy from them, but I will not support them in the future. Just go next door, you’ll receive good pupusas and better customer service.

This place has horrible customer service. The lady’s that work here are very rude. There’s an older lady that we asked when our food would be coming out after waiting over an hour for our 6 Pupusas she said she would go check on her food. She did not even go check I could see her drinking her drink and chit chatting with her co workers in the kitchen. The servers don’t even come to check on you. After all of this they still demand a TIP!!!

Probably one the most authentic popusa, for sure. The combo with a popusa with rice and beans is a steal. I add an extra popusa to the order though. You can eat for two for about $20. Oh yeah, and make sure you bring cash. They have ATM but just to be sure you know. Also expect to be there for at a minimum 30min waiting for your food. It’s not cause they slow the popusa takes a little longer.

Food is amazing, but you will wait a minimum 30 mins for food after you order. It’s best to order for pick up. Service is not great. Cash only.

They take too long even if the place was almost empty, maybe because I was starving and I know they made food when you ordered. Anyways, I cleaned my plate, the food was good

Good fresh food but unless you’re from the area or a regular it’s not very welcoming. Just order your food to go and enjoy it at home. They’re usually pretty busy anyways.

Pupusas were not cheesy, salsa de tomate tasted like enchilada sauce. We had to get up and ask for curtido and water. Atol de elote was served warm. Chíllate was missing pimienta… I ordered a breakfast with platanos (and was so disappointed they were not ripe). Overall will drive to LA next time 🙁

Popusas are super good however they take long, only 1 cook. Food is good can’t complain however -1 star due to the wait… even paying the bill took forever.

My favorite place for popusa, people dislike their Service but I learn that they make them fresh per order. I learn not to visit if I’m in a rush !!!! But you could call in your order …Anaheim spot is just as good.

Waited for over an hour after we placed our order. People who came in after us kept getting their food before us. They didn’t even stop by our table to let us know how much longer. We ended up just leaving after an hour and a half.
