Little disappointed today. I was really shocked at how dirty this cava was. besides there being two forks left the bins , where the forks are kept were so dirty, tables were dirty. Garbage was overflowing. One of the staff members was eating out of a bowl behind the counter. I went to the restroom before we left, The garbage was overflowing toilet was disgusting no toilet paper so we just left

Food? Good. Place? Clean. Staff??? Questionable.. they don’t seem to focus on what actually needs to be done. Especially for online orders. I have waited 30-45 minutes on a bowl that I had ordered way beforehand. I stand at the front for an extra 10-15 minutes waiting to be tended to for my online order but it seems the staff likes to talk and move at the pace of molasses .
As for in person orders, not too much trouble there. But the customer service needs to be worked on. Funny enough, no trouble was had with the manager or shift lead on board on 3/5 .. maybe they should be there 24/7 or hire staff that cares about doing good at their job. Also, fix the faces. No one likes their food made by people with frowns and an attitude. After all, it’s their job.

Me and the guys from work, come in for lunch maybe twice a month . It’s always delicious. Serving sizes are always pretty large, the flavor is insane, and the place is kept clean.
Today I was helped by a lady, and was kinda surprised how much she’s was going out of her way for me, making sure I got what I wanted (didn’t get a name, but younger chick with the makeup) .

I always enjoy the food and atmosphere at this Cava location. The staff (Taryn) is always incredibly friendly and smiling. Everything is always handled quickly and efficiently—in and out no issues. I truly appreciate the positive welcoming attitude and dedication to making customers happy.

I was a little reluctant to try this place because honestly I had no idea what type of food it was or what type of restaurant this was. But my son insured me I would like it. Not only was the food Excellent, The customer service was awesome. I feel like customer service is lacking at lots of places and the two young ladies that were working here this afternoon Were very helpful, polite and just seemed like they really enjoyed their job. I will definitely be back. The Greek salad that I had was very good and my son enjoyed his meal as well. And get the pita chips!

First time dining here for lunch. Portions are larger and selections are healthy with LOTS of options. I had the falafel and chicken bowl with rice base. Chicken was a little burnt but all was delicious.
I would recommend the pita chips or side pita. Bread comes out hot and seasoned. If you get a bowl I would also recommend getting the sauce of the side. Drink options are craft sodas and homemade teas and lemonades which were delicious. Heather was very kind when serving me and offered great selections of dips. I will be back with my family again. There is also lots of indoor and outdoor seating, but it’s off a main road.

By far the best Cava we’ve been too. The guy behind the counter (Sky) had the best customer service we’ve ever had. He greeted us with genuine kindness and turned our whole day around. We need more people like Sky!

I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve been to this place, always trying new things. But I keep going back to the same thing the spicy chicken with avocado is absolutely amazing. The desserts are good but not amazing. I do think that healthy outweighs fast food all day. If you’re looking for cheap, I would recommend you look elsewhere. It is not overly priced for healthy and amazing quality foods. Thought pricing & quantity was spot on for this place & locals around.
