First of all…THE LADY AT THE REGISTAR IS AMAZING.Best customer service every time I see her. Secondly, KISS THE COOK on thus shift cuz he care about the quality of the food!
NEOW…about this order for the price and how I eat, this is two meals. If you look at picture #1, you will see where I open this up and a tear drops…This looks like a salad …with EVERYTHING I asked for AND EXTRA SAUCE!
If you will proceed to picture #2, you will see where I took a bite…right there on the bottom right. (Cuz it don’t look like I did a thing)
Let’s not forget the fries. THERE WERE SO MANY FRIES…enough to create picture #3, meal #2. Don’t judge me, I ate some of them after this pic. THEY’RE GOOD!
Overall, the food and service is always awesome when I go. Call ahead for faster service. It did take a minute (yall know what minute) but they do answer. Consider, they are understaffed and have a lobby wait area.

First visit and I’ll definitely be back. My food was cooked perfectly, wings and catfish and fish. They were seasoned perfectly and wasn’t dry. The mild sauce was good. The fries were not very crispy but I actually like them a little soggy sometimes so that was fine. I’d recommend getting your fries well done if you like crispy fries. I didn’t get to take a picture of my food because as soon as we saw it, we were ready to eat!

Honestly they are better than maxwells. Be realistic if you are ordering for 70 people your food will not be done in 10 mins. They are pretty fast with orders. I have tried the gyro burger (top fave), burrito (they bless you fr!), patty melt (really good! I dont like the hot peppers), and you cant go wrong with a regular burger or chicken.

Kennedy Fish & Chicken Takeout Review: Daytime Service Needs Improvement
I’ve been eating here for 10 years and Ordering from Kennedy Fish & Chicken during the day (12:00 PM–5:30 PM) is consistently a frustrating experience. While the food can be decent at other times, the service during these hours leaves much to be desired.
The staff taking orders in the daytime are often rude, and they seem uninterested in getting the orders right. Today’s experience was no exception—they didn’t prepare my food as requested and showed no effort to address the issue. Their customer service skills are severely lacking, which makes the experience frustrating.
As for the food, it’s hit or miss. The steak burritos are a definite miss—terrible flavor and overly salty. I can’t recommend them at all. However, they do a good job with the chicken, Italian beef sandwiches, gyros, cheeseburgers, and pizza puffs. These items are usually flavorful and satisfying, especially if you order in the evening.
If you decide to order here, I’d strongly recommend sticking to those menu items and waiting until nighttime when the cooks are more reliable and the service improves. Until they address their daytime service issues, I’d suggest avoiding this place during the afternoon rush.
