First time here, have been wanting to try it for a long time. We came with two kids and two adults. All the food was fresh, delishious and plentiful. I had a burrito bowl with chorizo, was excellent. The owner helped my daughter who doesn’t like trying new things, to find something new that she loved. Highly recommend!

I am such a big fan of this place!! I have been coming here monthly for at least 2 years now. glen the owner always goes above and beyond and is so nice!! All my friends who I have brought here constantly ask to return! I’m so happy they survived through this awful pandemic and worker shortages and try to come here as frequently as possible for the Best food. I love the brisket enchiladas most, and a lot of the food options are naturally gluten free.

Let me tell ya… this place is a hidden gem. Food was amazing, me and my brother got a main and desserts both of which were fantastic!! Service was great. Make sure to talk to the owner Glen he was so polite and genuine. An authentic experience that is hard to find in the area! Go check them out!

Visited El Burro today for the 1st time. I’ve been talking about trying it for almost a year. I’m so glad we did. The restaurant has a fun vibe with excellent authentic Mexico food. We had the Street Corn, Chicken and Crispy Cod – top shelf. I would highly recommend stopping by, Glen will welcome you and will provide great insight to the menu. See ya soon !!!

We just had an amazing experience at El burro Mexican cuisine restaurant in Farmingdale. The owner was amazing very friendly welcomed us right in but more importantly the food was off the hook you could tell how fresh the ingredients were a must visit if you’re in the area!

Discovered this restaurant during quarantine for takeout and have been coming back consistently ever since. The specials are always great and the portions are very generous. Finally ate in and the service was very attentive, quick, and polite. It’s also BYOB. This place quickly became our go-to for date nights!

Been to El Burro twice now. Prices may raise eyebrows at first but the portion size easily justifies it. Great atmosphere and much better food than the typical “mexicali” style cuisine which is ubiquitous. Tacos Al Pastor came generously stacked and on a fresh corn tortilla. I can’t think of anywhere else locally which even considers making tortillas fresh let alone actually doing it. Good change of pace from the cramped and underwhelming Asbury vortex.
