I visited Portland for the first time. I haven’t had good Mexican food in a while. The first time I got a torta de asada. El pan estaba calientito y suave. La carne sabrosa y tierna. I loved it so much I came back two days later for a torta de al pastor. Same quality! Y las salsas estaban picantes, how a salsa should be. Whenever I’m in Portland, I will definitely go to El Brasero!! My mouth waters just thinking about it.

I was excited to try this cart as they had great options on their menu. We got the three chicken enchiladas and fajita burrito. They both looked pretty decent. Was I disappointed in the way they tasted. If I didn’t know what I ordered, and did a blindfold taste test. I couldn’t tell you what they were. Especially the enchiladas. Flavorless is an understatement. I tasted. Cilantro, corn tortilla, and sour cream. That’s it. The burrito wasn’t much better. The chicken fragments we’re also flavorless. And the ” Spanish rice” had to be days old if not a week. Maybe take a trip back home and remember flavors again. I find your passion for cooking.

We ordered the soy chorizo burrito and it was awesome – tons of flavour, great texture and big portion. Might have been a bit better with some veggies inside but we didn’t mind. If ur a vegan it is a must try. The tortilla was fresh and homemade – unbelievably good! The rice was ok but the beans were also great. Make sure you get the salas… they were fantastic. We will be back.

Hands down, the single worst, least appetizing, dullest tasting carbs asada burrito I’ve ever eaten. How do you mess up a steak burrito? By letting El Bradenton make it for you. Terrible. Like eating garbage.

Ordered a chicken quesadilla, tipped 30% because I’m a decent human. Noticed everyone else was getting their food before me. Reminded them of my order, waited another 20 minutes. Finally got my chicken quesadilla, went home and opened that bad boy up to see it was someone else’s meal. A torta with steak and tons of sour cream. Left it in the street for the homeless. Woke up still upset. Made a google account and left my first google review.

Only thing super about the Super Burrito is the price! I mean $13 for a Carne Asada Burrito with barely any meat in it in my opinion is quite steep. Could be an off day for them, who knows. Order with caution!

Do not go here. I got nachos for 13 dollars and it was the worst thing ever. No cheese, small, no sour cream, and they use basic store bought chips. Truly gross.
