Burrito is seasoned nicely. Horchata is perfect in flavor, not too sweet, cinnamon doesn’t over power the flavor of the sweet rice. Max and his mother Lily are nothing but kind and sweet and the atmosphere is very pleasing. Will always come back for more. 10/10

The chicken was cooked perfectly—tender, juicy, and deeply seasoned—and the tacos were loaded with fresh cilantro that made the flavors pop. The burrito was hefty without being heavy, balanced with rice and beans and just the right touch of crema and avocado. Service was warm and quick, portions generous, prices friendly, and the whole vibe felt like the real deal. Five stars, easy!!

Order at the counter Mexican spots are cultural!! This is how we eat in Mexico. Incredibly delicious and flavorful. The asada and the birria were great. My advice, swing by trippy hippie and then get your tacos.

The burrito & table salsa were insane!!! I think it gives Neto’s a run for the best authentic burrito in town. I had the Asada burrito and asked for it spicy with some jalapeños. The service was amazing. I got two burritos (one for a friend) and decided to eat mine there and he set a table for me an made sure I had everything I needed. Will definitely be coming back and telling others to come and try this local family business!

They make one of the best Pambazo I’ve ever had. They’re like Torta’s hotter sister — for those who’ve never had this hard-to-find dish. Surprised I was the only one dining here on a Saturday night, as this place had a 5.0 rating on Google. It lives up to its rating. A nice family-owned, hole-in-wall Mexican joint. Check them out.

I always judge a restaurant by how well they prepare their cheapest starch. Potatoes, rice, tortillas, etc…. If they can’t do that well I don’t trust them to do the other things that well. It starts with the rice and beans. They are the best. The rice is light fluffy and flavorful. The beans taste amazing. The tortillas are made fresh for each order. The quality just goes up from there. Everything I have eaten here is incredible. It’s by far the best Mexican food in Bellingham. Mui Rico!!!

We ate excellent food that was prepared and served by the nicest people. We had the Pambazo, chicken enchiladas and a beef sopas. The Pambazo is a BIG sandwich that we used a fork and knife to eat. The chicken in the enchiladas was so flavorful and moist. We had it fully loaded with the lettuce, tomato, onion and sour cream. The sopa was just how I remembered them – delicious. We will be back as this is some of the best, most authentic Mexican food around.
