This place was clean, cozy, and classy. The low jazz and warm decor made the atmosphere relaxing. It gives that old school, private Italian restaurant vibe. Only made men are allowed to eat here! Rizzi’s is now on our #datenight list. The food was amazing, and service was way above par! I was told they’re packed on Mondays and Tuesdays for dinner, so plan accordingly. This is THE Italian spot you’re looking for – promise. ✨

So it was cold in the dining room. On to the good parts. Ordered the Arancini and the Bruschetta Pomodoro. Both were good. The toasted bread on the bruschetta a little flimsy. The flavors were great. I ordered a soup the pasta fagioli. Never had it before good choice I believe. My companions had the salad. Found the offered bread the low point of the meal.we ordered different meals 1 fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp.1 handrolled manicotti and 1 linguine puttanesca. All 3 were a hit. I ordered a cranberry Moscow Mule. Wish I could of had a pitcher. Place is busy I would hate to try and get in on a weekend night. I feel it was a good find for us.

Great neighborhood Italian spot with nice atmosphere. Classy without being stuffy. Food and service were excellent. Wine list has some inspired choices, we really enjoyed the Vermentino from Sardinia. Fresh baked bread and hearty portions leave scant room for dessert, but the excellent tiramisu is worth a burst button or two!

Such a disappointment. I ordered the chicken rollatini. It was not stuffed, it was empty. If you are going to stuff a chicken breast with something that melts away immediately, don’t cut it open. There is no dramatic delight- just disappointment. I couldn’t even finish one of the quarters of chicken breast before I had an overwhelming taste of mushroom. I came home and brushed my teeth and I still can’t get that taste out of my mouth.

The salad was so overdressed that I couldn’t eat that either. The bread was delicious. Soft and crusty at the same time. The house cocktail for tonight 10/31/25 was very good! It had the right balance of sweet and fruity and a tiny bit acidic. I don’t remember what it was called but it had grand marnier, vodka and fruit. It was very yummy.

The service was on point. Our server was delightful and knowledgeable. Our food came out quickly with enough time for my husband and I to enjoy respectfully, his soup and my sad, sloppy overdressed salad- but delicious bread and cocktail.

I am still hungry so we left. I typically enjoy mushrooms, but apparently too much is like biting into a plate of disappointment that lingers way longer than you would hope. My husband was going to try to salvage the leftovers but if he doesn’t eat them they are going to get thrown out. Maybe the racoon will enjoy it.

This was the most fun I have had dining at a restaurant in a while. First time eating here, needed a place to fill up before a long drive back home. Sat at the bar, had the pleasure of getting to know the bartender and owner who were excellent company. Gave wine and food recommendations, recounted stories of covid days and shared they had celebrated their 30th anniversary. If that is not something to toast, I don’t know what is.

Never been here before until this week… I had fetacuni alfredo w chicken. Very good. We especially loved the oil on the table for bread-dipping. What kind of oil was that??? Great flavor.
Cesar salad was more peppery than what im used to, but was good.
Very nice waitress. Small restaurant. Kind of quaint. Nice! Here’s a pic of one course.

This place blows us away! My boyfriend and I come here every time we have a special occasion going on in our lives. We love celebrating and eating here because it always is delicious. The servers are really polite and explain everything starting off with the specials. I love how clean their bathroom is and how fresh and delicious the food tastes. The price is absolutely understandable for the quality of the food is. We will miss this place once we move.

Food- pricy. We went with the for $20 plus a salad $8 and garlic bread $7. This was our first time. Didn’t know they included bread . If we would have known we wouldn’t have purchased the garlic bread. We were a group of 3. The pizza was a new York basic cheese. Nothing spectacular .The garlic bread didn’t have much if any garlic? Each entree otherwise is usually $20+….
Service – our server was attentive and polite. She was the best part of the experience. She boxed up our leftover pizza for us.
Atmosphere- we got there around 4:15 ish went into Jeffery Allen’s to pass some time. Right at 4:30 a group of us went in. Limited seating. First come first serve. Tiny bar area. About 10-15 tables only in the area. Iow music in background.

Ehhh was hoping for more.

We go here often as it is my daughter‘s favorite place for a Caesar salad ( even tried an anchovy). Entrées never disappoint. They do not take reservations and there is not much of a waiting area. You either have to stop by to leave your name in or wait at the bar or be lucky & get an open table! Recently tried the eggplant appetizer for my meal & really liked it.
