After waiting in the drive-through line for my order for 15+ minutes, I get a sandwich that as soon as I open the wrapper, falls to pieces because apparently it’s too hard to correctly put a sandwich together. There are literally pieces of the bread missing. Would really like to know what I waited so long for, because it sure wasn’t for them to take their time and make the order correct correctly

I’ve Had to wait over 30 minutes so far for a drive through order and they have tried to give me the wrong order twice in that time.

Manager assisted me with purchasing some pastries. Manager prior to checking me out on the register was wearing gloves already. I paid cash and she used the same gloves to handle money then proceeded to grab my pastries with the same gloves she used to touch cash and whatever else she was doing prior to using the cash register. Told her that she needs to change gloves when handling food as it is not sanitary at all.

Let’s start with the pros:
Nica and clean location. Lots of space inside, lots of light and you can sit and study very nicely. They also have a drive-thru, which is very convenient.
Now the cons:
Some of the staff are rude and grumpy. I am used to it differently by other locations. Also, the food orders are sometimes not complete or just wrong.
And the amount of food or the presentation? Has gone downhill in this location for the last months.
I am not sure what it is, but the management does not seem to care about it. Too bad, because at the moment you get better and more food at a McDonald’s than at this location. I really hope they’ll find their way back.

I was there on February 6th, Thursday, and February 7th, Friday of 2025.
Thursday was 1:30pm I got some chocolate chip cookies that are in a bag for $7 and some change they were hard as a rock they were awful I would not get them for my worst enemy. On Friday I returned at 9:30 in the morning to get some breakfast, I had to wait a few minutes for someone to come to the register. My biggest complaint is I used the ladies’ facility in the restroom and it is so filthy that I had to wash with soap and water and paper towel the toilet seat before I could even come near it. Both bathroom stall doors are filthy with fingerprints all over them that would easily wipe off. Here are some pictures for your viewing pleasure. Please do not respond with a generic response and your email of how I should contact management or call somewhere and that you’re going to fix it. Just do better on your own, please.

The staff is friendly and accommodating, except for the temperature. Management, including the regional guy, Jim are unwilling or incapable of maintaining a comfortable temperature in this Panera. I have been complaining for years to no avail. One of the excuses given is “ yeah but we’re hot in the kitchen”! This shows an appalling disregard for the comfort of the paying customers in favor of the staff. Another excuse, “it’s set on 74’! That may be but it’s 61’ in the dining room! Is it really about profits??? If I can’t sit by the fireplace, I just have to go somewhere else.

I believe this is the best Panera Bread in Michigan. When I came at 7 a.m. and took a bite of the warm, fragrant French baguette, the crunchy sound and the soft, tender texture made the bread’s flavor even more delightful.
In particular, I want to recommend the manager here. She is always so kind, friendly, and full of energy, and we often catch her working with such joy. She treats customers as if they were long-time friends, making everyone feel comfortable and welcome.
For this Panera, I would give 10 out of 5 stars.

Great place! Quite limited free parking lot. Drive thru available. There are plenty of seats. Clean restrooms. Busy at lunch time. Friendly staff.
