I have been to this panara many times but recently it seems as if they don’t have it together here. The first time when I ordered my lunch at 930am for a scheduled pickup at 1245. I had to wait an additional 15 mins and was told it was because they got really busy because of the high school which was a very poor excuse given I ordered way in advance. The second was just a simple toasted bagel with butter, apparently they can not butter my bagel because they would have to touch it. I’m pretty sure you touched it when you toasted it and then stuck it in the bag, is there some reason you can’t slap a bit of butter on it with you gloves on?? I have decided to stick with Rochester Road and the VanDyke in Sterling Heights locations from now on.

This panera has shown two days in a row that they have horrible customer service. I went Thursday with my husband to grab two breakfast sandwiches, a coffee and a chai latte. Took over 15 minutes in the drive thru to get our stuff only for them to give me an iced coffee. I told them I ordered a chai and the cashier and manager both fought me on it and would not make me the chai cause they didn’t want to delay the drive thru. I didn’t want to wait any longer but the vanilla iced coffee was gross. Then went Friday after a Dr. Appt to grab a souffle and the cashier working the drive thru was so short with me. I asked her what the total was and she said it turned away from me and I couldn’t hear and I asked again and she shouted it at me and took my card out of my hand and handed me my food. Got no receipt or have a good day when she gave me my card back. Just a window shut in my face. Both experiences will have me choosing breakfast somewhere else.

Pull up thru the drive thru to immediately but rushed into ordering while still looking the girl just repeats “hello” and I’m trying to tell her I just need a second and she doesn’t listen. Finally order my food (wrong ) in a panic trying not to make a fast food workers day hard and then pull to the side to wait literally 23 mins to never see the window open so drove off with nothing but a waste of time

I’m a usually a big Panera fan but the service at this Panera location is terrible. They are almost always out of something and the staff is very unfriendly and seems unhappy to be waiting on you. Consistently disappointed.
