Came here for some brunch. Highly recommended Very tasty food. The menu has majority Mexican food. Very good food portions. A very delightful presentation and most importantly flavor. Flavor is there.
Parking is limited. I found parking within walking distance, the food and experience was worth it.
We ordered Chilaquiles salsa roja with a Chile relleno, and Chile relleno omelet. To drink a dolce de leche latte and a spicy watermelon.

First time here and thoroughly impressed. We were served by Steven and he was very friendly and informative.
We got the Birria Burger 9/10 comes with consome but it was a little difficult to dip because the size of the burger. A good problem I suppose. Seasonal Nutella Smore French Toast 9/10. For coffee we got the Abuelita Chocolate Mocha 10/10 and Mazapan Latte 9/10 wish it had a bit more Mazapan. Large portions and great overall for the price.
The ambiance was great and we were seated very quickly. Clean place and friendly staff.
We are excited to come back and would recommend

I had one of the best dining experiences in California. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was outstanding—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and taken care of without being intrusive.
The food was just as impressive. Each dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You could tell there was real attention to detail in the preparation, and everything came out perfectly timed. It’s rare to find a place that balances great service with equally amazing food, but this restaurant truly delivers on time.

My husband and I really like this place, we drove by it so many times. He had the day off and went to El bistro. Service and food was fantastic. We’re already looking forward to try other entrees when we come back

Just discovered El Bistro, and let me tell you — Tracy just leveled up its brunch game. This is their third location, and it shows: everything from the plated presentation to the craft barista drinks screams upscale Mexican brunch.
We started with the “Los 3 Cochinitos” — think mini BBQ pulled pork sandwiches with bold, smoky flavor and soft buns that melt in your mouth.
Then came the Chilaquiles de Chipotle — flavorful, perfectly spiced, and seriously filling. You won’t leave hungry.
☕ The drinks? Made by a barista, not just someone pressing a button. You can taste the difference.
Bonus: There’s outdoor seating that’s mostly shaded — perfect for weekend brunch vibes.
If you’re in Tracy and haven’t checked out El Bistro yet… you’re missing out. This spot is going to be a local favorite real fast.

Best restaurant in Tracy?! … it definitely checks a ton of boxes to be so. The food is full of flavor, very smartly constructed and portions are generous. They plate their dishes beautifully as well. My wife and I order a few dishes (all great!) but the Fresas con Crema French Toast and Chilaquiles were incredible! Great service, love the decor of the restaurant. We can’t wait to go back!

The food was yummy. The service was good, the presentation of the food was amazing and the spot was cute. They are busy, call in or stop by. They will text you when your table is ready.

The place is really so much nicer now that it’s not La Villa. The inside was comfortable and inviting and the service was great. The food was good and the portions were on the larger side. I got the waffle sandwich. The waffles were nice and crisp and had a good sweetness. The eggs were scrambled well and not too oily. Bacon and ham were also good on the sandwich.

I went to El Bistro in Tracy and honestly had a mixed experience. The matcha was really good, I give it an 8/10 smooth, not too bitter, and just the right amount of sweetness. The food was decent, maybe a 7/10. Service was ok; things moved a bit slow, but the workers were super nice and polite. What threw me off was that they put the shade umbrellas up for everyone else except our table. It felt a little weird, and I’m not sure if it was on purpose or just an oversight. Overall, not a bad spot, but I’m not sure if I would go back.
