If the service wasn’t so friendly and on point I’d give this place 1 star…. Rice and beans were old and seemed to be reheated… The guac was not fresh at all and seemed like it came from a pre made tube, horrible!!! Some of the dishes we ordered for dinner were ok at best….the margaritas were bland and tasted zero alcohol… We’ll never be back

Service was food but food was mediocre. Lacked flavor and my mixed fajita that was supposed to have steak didn’t come with steak. My companions’ chimichangas were small and lacked flavor as well. Prices are affordable and portion size are decent, unfortunately the flavor wasn’t there.

Was at dad’s in Abingdon and wanted something different to eat. Loomed at menu online and called In a to go order. Was ready in15 minutes. As I carried it to my car I could feel it was a lot of food. Had to be the best Mexican food ever. It was hot, fresh shrimp, flavorful chicken and to much for me to eat and I’m 6ft 2in 236 lbs. Will be taking my family for a futer meal.

Food was prepared correctly and came out hot. The wait was a little longer than anticipated but they may have been a little short handled in the kitchen, hard to say. I did like the variety on the menu and they have dishes encompassing vegetables most other Mexican restaurants in the area do not (zucchini, cauliflower, etc). I did not enjoy the flavor of the dishes (specialty burrito, fried chimichanga) as much as other local restaurants like los arcos, la carreta, and taco riendo. Service was friendly and restaurant appeared clean.

The azteca sandwich was really good, but the Mexican Guacamole was quite disappointing in size. The guac had plenty of flavor but not even enough for 10 chips, they may have used 1/2 a small avocado or 1/4 of normal avocado. Since the sandwich was good I still gave a 4 star, but I would have preferred to give a 3 but service was good and they were quick so I think that was enough to bump them up to 4.
