We ordered delivery through DoorDash on 1/4/26 (a large pepperoni pizza and a large chicken caesar salad). Unfortunately, a small mistake happened during packaging and our dressing was left out. After receiving no response from the dasher, we called the store.
Both the employee who answered the phone and the manager were incredibly friendly and extremely understanding – even after we mentioned that calling about salad dressing felt rather silly. Without hesitation, they offered to personally bring the dressing so we could enjoy our dinner.
Less than 15 minutes later, the manager himself showed up at our door with the caesar dressing, complimentary bread knots, and a sincere apology. This level of customer service is truly outstanding and memorable.
We will absolutely continue ordering from Roma’s and look forward to enjoying their service in person as well.

The last two times we’ve eaten here, Presley was our server and she was GREAT both times. I try not to go out to eat too often, but Presley makes me want to come to this place more often because it’s hard to find good service these days at most places, but she is so attentive and sweet the whole time! And was so sweet to my VERY talkative daughter which is always a plus for any establishment because it makes me feel comfortable bringing my little family in. 🙂

Rarely eat in here, we order take out close to 3-4 times a month. Food is ALWAYS delicious and is ready in a timely manner. The Margherita pizza is also a fan favorite at our house! Definitely my favorite here in Kaufman!

Hi – I ordered take out yesterday for Valentine’s Day for my fiancé. We eat there atleast 2-4 times a month and it’s always wonderful. However, yesterday’s meals were pretty disappointing. The portions were much smaller than usual, the Italian sausage I get with my baked ziti was very few small sausage balls instead of my usual two sausage links. The taste was very bland. It’s like the person who prepared the meals did not care. We were really bummed.

We visited Saturday night, nov 1st . We had calamari & the wings BBQ. Our table ordered lasagna , pizza, baked ziti & chicken Alfredo. All of it exceeded our expectations . Marvelous place in a small town. We live in Mabank & will make the drive again for the delicious food. The server was very sweet and never once let our drink to become low. Family owned business and am happy to support.

Loved the atmosphere and the art, servers were very polite and attentive! Food was okay, the pizza was thin and burned underneath and the bread was hard.. however the chicken alfredo was chefs kiss. Overall a good experience, I’ll be back.

We have ordered from here and gotten delivery. The pizza is outstanding however, the pasta and Bruschetta were not good at all. Bad enough, that we couldn’t even eat it. We will order pizza from here but never again get anything else.
