The food is good, service not good also you have to wait soooo long for your food and you are the only person there. They waitress not kind, looked like she didn’t even want to be there. She put down the plate and pushed the plate I thought it was going to fall. Food ok but everything else I wasn’t happy about.

We’ve been here several times, even before it was El Alazan, the food is always pretty good (nothing amazing, but not bad at all), restaurant is relatively clean, and the service is friendly. The only negative I would have about this place is that most times I have been to El Alazan the service/food is incredibly slow. When we go for lunch it is common to be one of the only tables in the restaurant and still have service for three people take up to an hour and a half.

Last year, it didnt seem the old owners cared about service or food so I wasn’t planning on coming back but I saw the name change and met the new owners. What a difference, great customer service! The chile rellenos, yum! I stop in at least once a week now til I try everything on the menu!
