Terrible experience. Went at 10:45am on a Sunday morning. It was busy as would be expected, however, they clearly under prepped. They were out of 75% of their bagels leaving very few options to choose from. People who ordered after others received bagels that others ordered first leaving that option empty for the first person who ordered. Additionally, I ordered a tasty turkey sandwich and they were out of tomatoes, at 10:45am? Furthermore, they messed my order up and charged me to add something to my sandwich that was already included. There was another customer who had his order messed up at least 3 times. When he raised an issue, the staff was dismissive and mocked him once he left. Finally, the restaurant is dingy, dirty, and needs a deep clean and replacement of lights and ceiling tiles. I love Einstein Bros Bagels, but I will drive 10 minutes more to go to a different location. I will likely never return to this location.

Worst Einstein I have ever been to. I get bagel flavors being out but the place was overly staffed and not taken care of. Napkin holders were empty and the team seemed preoccupied. Ordered a toasted sausage bagel with 2 splices of cheddar. Got a cold bagel with turkey lunch meat & a slice of cold cheese. This pregnant lady can’t eat lunch meat so there goes Breakfast! This place has gone down hill!

There are some workers who go above and beyond and clearly do their job and some of others, then employees who move super slow when there is a line out the door. Food wasn’t great (slow employees). My drink was great (above and beyond employee), not happy that I paid 8 dollars for a meh sandwich when usually there are amazing. Management needs to be on top of there employees and not have 1 person doing 2 peoples job whole the other goes as slow as possible

We made a mistake by walking in Einstein for two (2) breakfast bagels at 8:00 AM on Friday and waited 30 minutes + before leaving the store with the order. It wasn’t a corporate order, just two! Feeling sick and frustrated with the time that Einstein doesn’t value TIME! They lost so much business by not having enough staff! People are obviously love the brand but management may having a hard time adding more staff during rush hours or they’re not making enough money to retain valuable STAFF! Or they just don’t know how to manage business. No staff! No Bagels! For us, we have had it with Einstein Bagels!

Bagels were fine, but this location needs a deep clean. Check out the vents and ceilings, especially near the food prep area. And, if you don’t have hot tea, and haven’t for months, put a piece of paper over it on the menu.

Margaret and her co-worker get along well. That is nice to see. However neither of them know to greet people when they arrive. Just a quick, “Hi there, we’ll be with you in a few moments.” goes a long ways.
