We love good bagels and there is no better chain than Einstein Bros. to get your fix of doughy goodness with a hole in the middle. Tasty, firm and always fresh. I can’t say I have a favourite as they were all equally yummy. If only we had Einstein Bros. in the U.K.

I love coming into Einstein Bros Bagels with my family and people I used to work with at Five Guys Burgers And Fries from 2019-2021 whenever we go on break that’s where we went out to eat at almost every time we all got paid. This is the best bagels shop in town. The people that work there are so nice there and the restrooms are always so nice and clean.

I ordered a Pepperoni bagel. The cashier who took my money was very rude and arrogant. My total was $8.49 so I have him $20.04. He gave me the meanest look while rudely stating , “you gave me four pennies.” I told him, “yes, I know. ” Then he proceeded to give me the dirtiest 1 dollar bills for my change. I asked if he had any five dollars bills and he said no. I knew he was lying because I saw the 5 dollar bills in the drawer. I proceeded to go across the street to the Chase bank to get the proper change. Please teach your staff customer service skills and professionalism. I’ve worked in HR for over 25 years and I’m sad to see that the employees don’t value customers anymore

There are things that I love and things that I hate about this place, but we’ve been coming here since they opened, so clearly the good outweighs the bad. The food is yummy, we love bagels. I have to say though, it would be great if you had a “shmear on the side” choice in the app for online ordering. My biggest complaint is that the soda fountain has been broken for like, a year. My son loves coming here though and the workers are usually pretty friendly.

I usually stick to getting jalapeño cheese bagel with cream cheese but the menu and pics caught my eye. I tried the chorizo sunrise and Texas brisket. They were both alright. The portion sizes are quite small. I’ve been to other bagel shops with bigger bagels.

This was my second time going here, and let me tell you it’s now my FAVORITE spot to eat some Bagels. I had the Cinnamon Apple with bacon and cheddar and it’s delicious. Bagels are soft and warm to the bite, you can taste the apple covered cinnamon. I recommend!

I stopped by this morning 5/6/23 for a lox bagel and a coffee. When they called my name for my order I was a little thrown off because normally when I order the lox, they give it to me in a small box halved side by side and evenly topped with toppings. When I got my order, I looked inside the bag and it was a bagel that was wrapped so I asked the girl what kind of bagel it was, thinking they might’ve given me the wrong order. She said lox bagel so I just got the bag and left because I had to get to work. As I attempted to eat it I just couldn’t. It was sloppy and not enjoyable. I opened the bagel and tried to split toppings between the 2 halves and ended up having smelly fingers and eventually just threw away most of it. I was very disappointed.

Staff ask me if I had the reward program, since i did not she told me to download it and this purchase would not qualify. A little customer service would have been great and maybe i would become a long term customer. It’s all about customer service and staff helping the customer.
