If I could give ZERO stars I would. There’s always an issue with my orders here. Whenever I ask for cream cheese they barely put ANY on there and that’s just when they even remember to put it on. Today I ordered my bagel with cream cheese. They didn’t put any cream cheese and didn’t even bother to cut it in half. On top of that it’s ALL burnt. I had to try to scrap the seasoning off to eat it. It’s ridiculous.

A majority of the awesome employees that were there during the Summer of 2022 are gone. The new batch of employees is awful. The past few times I’ve gone in I’m not even acknowledged even though there are always a ton of people behind the counter.

Wow, how hard is it to toast a bagel? Just returned home from going to pick up two toasted bagels with cream cheese. I take a few bites of the bagel and it’s just burnt black from end to end so I take out the second bagel that I was trying to save and it’s burnt just as badly this is ridiculous. Check out the pictures! My dog won’t even eat it.

I come here on occasion. Usually good food. The case never seems very well stocked, maybe it is first thing in the morning, I’m usually there at lunch (but it should still be better filled) It’s always exceptionally warm inside, so I never eat in. I’m also not sure why the service always is so slow. Drive thru and walk in are both sooooo slow. This last time I was the only person in line inside, and there was a couple people in the drive thru. I ordered the Mac and cheese bagel, toasted, that’s it. I waited for FIFTEEN MINUTES. What’s up with that? When I order just a bagel I’m going to just start getting it untoasted and taking it with me and doing all the toasting myself, because that ridiculous. The people are nice though, I just don’t understand what the deal is there. I wish they’d get better organized and fix the temperature so it’s not sweltering and I could eat there sometimes. So the bagel itself is definitely a new go to bagel for me. I might just have to use it as the base to any sandwich I get there too. It could have been cheesier, but it was still very yummy. Even had decent cheese pull.

Had the best customer service experience this morning. They accidentally gave me the wrong order (accidents happen) but they were SO nice about fixing the issue. A woman, I wish I would’ve gotten her name, personally brought my correct order out to the parking lot and apologized for the mix up. She was so sweet and friendly.

The dining area is still closed, and the food was not good at all very boring. Compared to other locations, both mine and my wife’s sandwich had no flavor behind it. I think I would have been better off going to the hospital cafeteria. Staff did greet you when you walk in. I will NOT go back to this location.
